The staff at H&R Block is friendly and knowledgeable. They make tax experience stress free and awesome. Service is superior and courteous, helpful and great. They get advice for next year and can expect more than expected. The lady at the counter may be in a hurry, but the staff will call and fix mistakes. Over many years the service from everyone remains grateful and continue to be awesome and stress free.
Johnny was awesome filling my taxes even gave my advice for next year. The lady at the counter however was so big in a hurry to get over she scanned my paperwork wrong and she didn't care to fix it johnny however called me the next day to make up for her mistake
