Made an appointment 4 days ago to be turned away with no options to get my vehicle alignment completed just kept saying ( I do not know how your not on the schedule). Really disappointed in the service

The staff was extremely helpful and tentative. My family and I were on the road heading back to Dallas and had an issue with the car. We walked right in on a busy afternoon and they took care of us right away and got us back on the road safely. For them, we are truly grateful.

This is the worse shop I have ever seen in my life it is miss managed and the techs and staff are worth less I went in to have a/c repair and they acted like it was a screwing up there day I asked them to take me home because it was going to be a while for the repair I live 3.3 miles from there shop and all I could get was talk to that person or talk to that person the manager is a joke and the tech are too I wouldn't let them air up a bike tire

Almost next to horrible service!?. I've read most of all these glowing reviews??. And most of them come from ladies or folks not black!? The moment I walked in the door I wasn't greeted like a customer they were interested in helping, but I was in a bind!? So I left it with them and it took them next to 3 days to get to my truck. Then they charged me a diagnostic for a power steering pump issue that I already told them I knew I was having!?? A complete over charge of $600 bucks for a power steering pump job. And last but not least they didn't even have the courtesy to put my serpentine belt back on the proper threads and it started chewing up my belt. Like they didn't give a damn about my business. I should have known something was up, whenever I was getting in the car to leave my truck and I just gave a knod or head check to one of the mechanics in the shop bay?. As saying what's up ( nonverbal)?. The mechanic just looked at me, like those were whites only pies!?. If you are a black guy!? Don't stop there!?
