“I missed the deadline for the same day service. The lady that helped me, took the time to check and see if it would be possible to get it done and she did. In a world where customer service is hard to come by, I was really impressed with the staff here.”
“I’m visiting my mom in Gladewater and her washer broke while I was here so I went down the street to wash clothes. Place seems really sketch! And if you use the app to wash clothes (with a card) then there is an automatic $20 charge. I thought it was a scam at first but no, it’s just a hold. The largest load on the weekend was $11 (about 8 loads of laundry) and then there was no min for the dryer! I made an appointment to make this review because I couldn’t find any information online. If you’re the owner, you should really update your info. But overall, it was a quiet and pleasant experience.”
