Update, just had my transmission replaced and a few other things serviced. Tammy made the process smooth! The overall repair and experience was smoother, and now Blanca is running the smoothest! Thanks to them ladies and fellas back in the Service Dept!!
Overall have enjoyed doing business with Patterson. They are super courteous and helpful. Just wish it didn't take 45 mins for an oil change. Especially when you have an appointment. Get it down to 20-25 mins tops and then I will go 5 ๐๐๐๐๐

Was very unsure of buying a car even though I really needed to. Savannah made the entire process easy and reassured all of my concerns!
Editing this review. I absolutely regret trading my Jeep in as within a week driving my new van, my brake lights came on and it started driving rough. After contacting them I was told it was never gone through their service dept and they would need to schedule it. I still have not gotten a call back and am about to have to eat the cost to get it fixed elsewhere. I will never go back to Patterson Che tower.

Had a wonderful experience . They don't pressure you into buy anything you don't want to buy. I bought a used 2016 GMC canyon. Paul and Steve are wonderful sales people I would go back to them again for another vehicle in the near future wonderful experience no harassments . And when you go there you must meet Allison Buckner she's real friendly she would help you out with anything and any questions you have

Great Staff
CJ did an excellent job as a salesman. They have โfamilyโ culture there. I felt like an old friend walking in. We ended up buying two vehicles. I had an issue with a tire (my fault) about a week after I bought the truck. Tammy and Matt in the service department were great at taking care of the issue. Buy the road hazard if they offer it when buying a vehicle. Saved my butt. Overall very happy with their friendliness and service

I sent my truck in for a locking up wheel and they charged me 1400 on rotors that were not bad and brake pads that I just put on and a bad cv shift and it didn't fix it I called about it they said it was the 2inch lift kit causing it I ask how much it would be to take it off they said they would call me back and never did so I took it off and it's still locking up so I took a better look at it and found that my front differential seals are leaking and the entire front differential is done for so I the chard me 1400 for a few things that weren't even bad

I just purchased my very first dealership vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by the experience! As a 22 year old woman I was nervous going in knowing all the cautions people give about car salesmen, but Bradley was wonderful and he got me into a car that was in my budget and met all my requirements! I am beyond happy with my experience 10/10!

Booked online. Got multiple text and email confirming appt. Got there. Tech said no appointment computer is not always right. She worked me in but they should not have online booking in my opinion
