Had a good experience during my move. The online portal was able to handle what I needed, everything worked like it was supposed to (gate codes, roll up doors, etc.). Would use again if I have need.

I made a reservation online received one email no further instructions no options to make payments or anything. The email I received said show that email when I arrive the next morning that was all the instructions I was given an information I could possibly find when I arrive the very next morning all the way from Fort Worth with my 13-year-old son in a box truck full of stuff we were needing to unload The only thing we could find one small piece of paper with the phone number on it to call it. And when I did whoever answered and acted as if it was my fault and it was such an inconvenience for them to take some Of my information down and then proceeded to tell me that because I was not going to be using the facilities for more than three months, they could not honor the price that I logged in online. Needless to say after wasting about 15 minutes Of our time there, I decided we would take our business elsewhere. I warned you strongly against using this place. My only problem is the hours allowed to access my unit. Before the sale of Peavine, I had 24 hour access to my personal belongings and not Iām limited to the access of my belongings in my unit.
Update: after a phone call from Peavine, I was told the hours are 24 hours afterall.

I've had a fantastic experience with Peavine Self Storage. The new management has really improved things. The facility is very well protected. The entire rental process was done online, which made it so convenient. It took just few minutes.
