Although there are very limited items in this store, the young guy at the register had no idea if they carried fireplace tools. The kid seemed to care less. Of course you look directly beside him and there was his cell phone out which is every kids distraction. We ended up walking around the store and found a couple fireplace accessories but the prices were double what you would pay right down the road in Kilgore. It is unfortunate that a small individually owned location such as this with high prices couldn't even bother to have exceptional customer service to at least somewhat justify their enormous prices.

Currently moving from Dallas to Florida & in a big truck & realized there was a leak in front causing rainwater to go into our passenger seat. Camden was working & allowed us to pull the truck as close to the front as possible so we wouldn't keep getting rained on. He also provided a ladder, best customer service! Was extremely helpful & with some "Seal all" we were back on the road in no time, mind you this all just happened 30 minutes ago! Camden if you get to see this, keep being awesome & thank you so much!
