They have drop off mail boxes also on the side, if you just need to do mail drop off, instead of going inside and drop off. Inside, they have post office mail boxes, labels and forms for whatever you may need for shipping, military service registration forms, to shipping boxes and envelopes of different sizes to cards and bubble wrap maybe and box tape. The employees are very friendly and helpful and decent mailing prices. They also do passport work too.”

“I would like to compliment the employees at the downtown location of the Longview Post Office. Understand this is the one on Methvin and the mail branch on Mobberly. People are reviewing this office, but they actually went to another branch. These two guys are the best. They know their business, their customers, and the town.
They act professionally even if they are telling me something I don't want to hear. So, if you want a good post office to deal with you should try the one on Methvin St in Longview Tx. Thanks Herman and Cody. Good job.”

“Great Post Office! I was heading out to my hunting lease and expecting several packages that were showing arrived at post office. I caught Avery a mail carrier loading his truck and asked if he could help me locate the packages. He went out of his way to find them, stopping what he was doing. Katrina is also an amazing carrier who does her job with a smile. The only downside to this post office is Emily who seems to be super negative and rude to me and others when going inside. Frankly, I don’t have a clue as to why she hasn’t even been fired with several complaints lodged against her blatant disrespect.”

“There's usually a short wait at the counter and the clerks are very helpful. However, I got there today shortly after noon and the inner door was locked. A sign on the door said they would be back at 12:30. They need to update their Google listing to include their lunch hour, not just the 8-4 listed. It would have saved me a trip during my lunch hour.”
