Friendly, great atmosphere. The owner is really nice. Great choice of machines and free weights. Nothing intimidating about this place at all.

Great gym in Kilgore. The atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a gym. Open 24/7, 7 days a week. Cardio, machines, free weights, you name it. The people here are great.
