Unable to make a withdrawal from my account due to technology equipment not being able to read my identification. Spent 30 minutes dealing with digital teller from unknown location and left without my money. Taking money elsewhere.

Was asked to take my hat off upon entry of the facility due to security concerns. i laughed and said no because most the employees at this branch know me by name and i have been a customer here since 1999. told them if i have to take my hat off because some new manager don't know me then i need to find another bank. Manager was very short with me and i will no longer advise friends and family to bank here.

I don't use this bank personally, but where I work does... I did not get a chance to make a deposit early in the day, (this was my first day at this job) I offered to make the deposit on my way home...what bank drive thru closes at 5pm??? Any other bank drive thru I deal with closes at 5:30 or 6:00. Oh and according to their website the drive thru doesn't open until 9am!!! I can't even take it before work. I can see this is going to be inconvenient.

Drive through is extremely slooooow!! I spend more than 15 minutes just to deposit a check.

ATM is never working, vlerks working the drive thru can be rude at times, just drive to Tyler or Longview

If someone writes you a check from Regions Bank, they charge you to cash it because YOU don't have an account with them, even though the check-writer does. Absolutely ridiculous. Their fees and corporate policies are reasons I would, and will never do business with them.

I usually post reviews more often for companies I really love but someone needs to say something about Regions. I am not a fan. Have been banking with them for many years but they have proven difficult to do business with, year in and year out. It's corporate policies and practices and lack of training that are the issue, not the local branch. Originally chose them to do business with because they had locations in Kilgore, Longview, and Tyler, Texas, the areas I do business in primarily. I plan to find a better bank soon.
