Customer service is completely nonexistent. I was double billed back in April of 2023 and have attempted to repeatedly get in touch by both phone call and text, including voicemail per instructions left on recorded voice message to resolve the matter to no avail. I had two security locks for extra safety. During some time in July either one of my locks was removed by management without my consent or my lock was stolen. That would imply that the perpetrators left one of my locks alone along with all of my personal belongings and my intuition two have two locks in place to deter any potential theft was spot on. I suspect it was the prior but again with no communication between the facility and myself I am left only to make an assumption as there is no policy against having two locks that I am or have been made aware of. Those locks aren’t exactly cheap. The physical location is convenient for me and fairly secured. However due to the lack of active management and unprofessional level of communication I will be taking my personal belongings and business elsewhere. The picture with the single lock is mine, there are plenty of others with double-locks. They of course decided to remove my more expensive one and leave the other one alone. Go figure.

Owners are good people. Do keep in mind though that it is not climate control and maybe due to age of structure there are many insects that come in.

The price is good for what we needed what we didn't like is that they bombard your email with notices that your payment is due 3 days before then they immediately text you with the same info and everyday afterwards till the payment is made !! I don't like being harassed when every payment we've made was on time don't use these people till they change the way they bill
