so after the 4th attempt in the last 3 months i have joined the W+ program for deliveries. and again i paid the express fee $10 for deliver in under 2 hours, plus the monthly fee $12 plus a TIP of $15 , i tracked the driver on the map they provide, and the driver never went to my house, but instead went back to the store and said they couldnt find the house. they rescheduled the deliver but they never delivered i had to go pick it up again. so i warn everybody,,dont use walmart in kilgore texas for deliveries, they will not deliver.

I like ground Starbucks Mocha coffee. Recently my wife found it for me $6.99 at Kroger... Walmart has people fooled about low prices, they charge $8.89 for the same exact thing. They rip people off.

Man in produce/Bakery areawalked up and started cussing at another customer right in front of my kids. Very poor customer service and definitely not kid friendly. His name was apparently Hunter. Terrible hiring standards.

The plus side is the vegetable area and store are clean. The store manager needs to improve his communications in a more positive way with his employees and customers. Sean (Robert) Jackson ignores corporate policies and has caused a lot of discomforts with his employees. He discriminates and harasses persons with disabilities, including myself. And if you have a service dog, you undoubtedly will be discriminated by him. He ignores federal, state and ADA laws, and even threatens to kick the disabled person off the property. He even asked me what my disability is, which is a federal violation. There is more to the story, but I will let you share the negative experience. And don't be surprised when you walk past him, look back, and see him talking to an associate while pointing his finger at you. This store is in dire need of a new manager, including the one who sees over customer service. If you file a complaint against the store, you can expect nothing to happen. The person chosen is Sean's supervisor. It is all biased and protecting the ones in higher positions rather than addressing the issues for some form of resolution. When the manager is not working in the store, you will notice a positive change of courtesies and attitudes by its employees.

I shop this Walmart all the time but I have never had such bad and unfriendly service from a cashier EVER! Kandace was her name and she never said one word to use the whole time. She acted mad that we found her lane open and empty. She was texting on her phone and continued to text while checking us out. She huffed at us and acted completely put out that she was having to work. I have never felt so unwanted by a cashier before. Kandace has no business being in a position where she should be courteous and friendly because she is horrible at it.

i used to love shopping at the kilgore walmart but it seems now the employees have became more rudder that in the past you ask a question as to where something is located at and they act like you cut their finger off or something where did customer service go i guess along with chivalry so what i am asking please bring back csr's who love working with people and dont let this just be another paycheck to them also one of my biggest gripes is could you please get more electric carts being a dialysis patient after treatment i go there to get supplies and you can never find one to ride oni sometimes have to wait in access of up to 2 hours just to get one to shop please rectify this conundrum

This Walmart is great. It's well kept and the employees are usually pretty friendly and with the exception of sporting goods and kids toys and of course the fish section they are pretty quick to come and help. The grocery pick up is the BEST and I cannot express how much this has improved my personal experience with grocery shopping, I would highly recommend it! I would like to see more of a selection of women's clothing not just junior sizes or plus sizes but the women in the middle need more of a selection! I can never find anything usually that is cute to wear which is sad bc the prices are usually pretty reasonable. I would also say that putting Christmas up before Halloween has really ruined that part of the store for me. I love Christmas but y'all had it up way too early.

The staff is usually really nice but I did see some teenagers working who were talking among themselves and ignoring the customers that they were checking out.

Get a dang clue about gluten free items in your deli! Your people are not trained and for folks with celiac and GLuten intolerances, it is a big deal. Please train your deli folks!

I'm not much for writing a Wal-Mart ad or even mentioning I come here occasionally but this mornings experience changed my mind. I was checking out and the cashier, Sharon, an older black American, was checking me out. She was super polite and efficient. The thing that separated her from all others is her caring. Some smaller kids came running by and she politely asked them to stop running. "They could hurt themselves" she told me. Kinda had me smiling to see someone care more than just cashing a check.
