Car wash broke down in the middle of my wash. My car repeatedly jerked to a stop before exiting the wash. When I asked for a refund due to mud being all over the back of my car I was informed there was no manager on duty and I would not be able to have a refund. After a while the employee called the manager who said I would not be issued a refund. Terrible service. Will not be returning.

Just canceled my fast pass due to i guess new management maybe they just changed the rules after about a year and I personally dont like being surprised within announced change so to save my peace of mind I will just go to another wash they are kinda like coffee shops one on every corner

Well, I went up up there in person to do one last car wash and cancel my membership due to having to move to south Texas, 6 hours away. I find out 7 months later that I’m still getting charged $29/month for that membership. The girl at the booth told me it had been cancelled. Mind you, I now live 6 hours away and can’t visit the store. So, I try calling. For TWO months, I tried calling the car wash to speak to someone, all the while, I’m still getting charged. I had to call my bank and report it as fraud to be able to get a PARTIAL refund and order a new card, of which I’m still waiting for. All because employees don’t know how to cancel memberships. Thanks.

This place went down the shitter!
It does an ok job cleaning the sides of your car but the back bumper looked completely untouched and when you get to the end the wheels start slipping and you get stuck while the people behind you are getting closer and closer to hitting you. Also the guy who squirts your car with soap at the beginning doesn’t scrub anything with a brush like they used to when it first opened.
Will not be going back!

Looks like a great car wash, just the employees don’t care to even make sure your car comes out clean. What happen to a little customer service and care for the job you do. NEVER GO HERE!!!

**WARNING! WARNING!**
I advise against getting the wash pass. There seems to be a lack of assistance when issues arise. Customers with a fast pass should be prioritized, and if that lane is held up, the appropriate response would be to pause the cashier lane and get the fast lane moving again, rather than allowing multiple cars to go while fast lane customers are left to figure it out on their own.
I canceled my fast pass because it has become useless at this point. Additionally, they claim there is no corporate contact information available, so if you encounter any issues, you are on your own.

tried vacuuming in peace and one of the workers came up to me and made fun of my car and almost assaulted me, he had an edgar cut and tattoos fire him.
