They have a short young woman that works there she's always rude. I always say thank you after my purchase her response is no response just a stone cold look. Now I have to go out of my way to another convenience store. They desperately need new staff the store looks clean and new though. Update I went one more time to give them a fair chance. The outcome was the same and her badge says her name is Chelsea. If you don't want to work in customer service job than why. This store will not get my money.

Do not stop here! I went to pay for gas and I was told the debit system was down so I ran my card as credit. When it still did not work I used cash I had on me. As I was leaving they still pulled the $40 out of my card and now they are saying it never happed WHEN IT DID!! When I called the moment it happened I was told it would go back on my card and it never did so now I am out $40 bc their system stole my money. This is ridiculous so don’t stop in here unless you want to be out money. When I talked to the manager she complained on how it would take forever to find the transaction. Wow zippy js customer service is not your best suit.

The staff is usually friendly! However, they made a mistake yesterday morning. They charged me for what I ordered but did not give me my full order. I called and was told that I could pick up the rest of my order this morning. I would rather have the money back - for what was missing. She said she could not do this. I called the corporate office & left a message for the supervisor. He went to the store & watched the footage, he called me & said I could come by & get my money. So, I stopped in this morning & they all had attitudes, so I won't be back. Not one person apologized for the mistake. If you don't value your customers, then I don't value being your customer!
