The customer service is always superb but the fact that the workers as well as management there are okay with it smelling like something died in the 7-Eleven for over 2 months now is pretty much horrible. You guys are one of the only stores that are open 24 hours and I'm not interested in seeing my lunch anymore just because I'm trying to buy something from this establishment and that's all that seems to happen here especially since your staff are comfortable with how awful it smells throughout the entire store. I was just made aware by the staff that owners know about the smell so as the owners you guys are okay with this and I'm telling you personally it makes me sick to my stomach I just threw up outside maybe a foot outside your door because of how pungent and spoiled it smells throughout your entire location. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

Customer service is decent. Far better than the old management but the store downright stinks. Like smells bad. It has a strong mold smell that can't be safe. If it smells like mold then there is likely mold. Need to be shut down for health violations

Not a bad store overall but 7 11 now has the worst slice of pizza in the world for 2 dollars a slice it could be a lot better

Most of the workers are very lazy they do not like to do their job especially with the food products that food will be sitting there all day they will not throw it away and put out fresh food the short black woman she just has attitude when you ask her to make some fresh food it's just ridiculous there yesterday I went in there the hot dog was in there you can tell was there all day because it was dark starting to get toasty no pizza that had some wings that's been sitting there for hours it's just ridiculous

They need better service and they need better cashiers standing at another cash register waiting for another cashier to come out of the office is not cool when you work in the convenient store like that you make sure you have the time for them not for yourself don’t know who’s was working today at that store, but they need to step up there work environment and put it first one cashier does not need one cash register or to be assigned one cash register and have another cashier go to the back when someone sending out a cash register with 2 gallons of milk not cool I will never go there unless they make sure they have their tasks done

Just nights ago at 10:10 pm I went to the closest 7-Eleven to the location I was in. I love 7-Eleven they always have good deals on what I need, the people are friendly and they isn't usually a long line.But, this night my normal run with the well known friendly encounters. Red flag #1 the cashier was pacing back-and-forth. Red flag #2 she had her backpack on as if she was extremely ready to leave. Red flag #3 there was a small line of 3 people. Red flag #4 I was in one of the more crime prone parts of this town.After about about 5 minutes or so I finally made it to the counter. I as for 2 packs of Newports. I then reach for my wallet and gave her a 50 dollar bill. At this point with the look on her face I knew that all of my spidy senses were spot on! She began yelling " I ain't opening up the safe for that! And we just had shift change too. No! All we do is get robbed over here. I'm not opening no safe!"Normally I would have asked for their leadership and so forth and so on. But, I was so taken aback in the lack of communication skills, respect for the customers plus unacceptable representation of the company.Hints, I was speechless! So, I said excuse me? Where she continued on with her rant. I smh and walked out got in my car and located the next nearest 7-Eleven. Mind you gas is expensive and I use premium.Once I made it to there I informed them of my recent experience and they were floored. Then they explained the shift change process but they informed me that with my purchase they could have completed the sale. Therefore, give me apologies in for her ignorance.I will not be returning to that location again. #Disheartening

There is lovely lady who ALWAYS helps me. None of the employees are EVER rude. Sometimes stuff just isn't available and that's how life goes.Maybe, just maybe, if YOU were nicer to these employees, instead of being a KAREN....just thinking out loud.

JAMIE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE ARE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THAT STORE. SHE THINK SHE IS OVER THE OWNERS CHARLES AND THERESA WILLIAMS. IF THEY DON'T GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE IN THAT STORE, THEIR STORE WILL NOT FLOURISH!

Very ghetto store. The employees are very disrespectful. Have no type of professionalism. Some of them smell horribly and have bad hygiene. Have sold expired items several times.
