These people are the worst. I have 7 payments left and they showing up at my house with no phone calls and mind you my payment was due yesterday. They acting like I haven’t paid this stuff 3 times by now. Please don’t go here

Talk about conflict resolution!!!!! I've been doing business with this Aaron's for over two years and everything has been smooth sailing. For the most part i have been satisfied. Never really had an issue until recently.... HOWEVER the way that my issue was handled has outshined the "issue". Through my complaints and/or feedback the employees were called to show that they had exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills and that is exactly what they did! I am happy with the outcome. Thanks Nicole and ladies.

Rosalind (Assistant Manager) is rude and not customer friendly. I called to make a past due payment. I told her that at the moment I could not make a payment using my debit and that I would need to make a payment with my savings account online. She then advised me that she could not do that, which is fine. I asked her my options if I couldn't do debit today. This is when the rude behavior and talking over me continued. If she would have let me speak I would have been able to ask her what would happen after today. We then got in a shouting match because I kept asking her "to let me finish." I mean I am not one to write reviews or complain, but my experience today was so unprofessional. I almost lost my composure. I called back to speak with the manager (Frank), but she said he was loading a truck and will have him call me back. I will be following up.

Nicole is the WORST person to speak to! Customer service is poor and always has an attitude when asking simple questions. I’ve never dealt with an Aaron’s that is so terrible. The manager is super friendly but she acts like she just doesn’t want to be there. Brings the whole store down.

The new Gatesville customer service rep. JAIMEE is extremely rude. She talks down to people and will blow up your phone until you make a make, even when you already made a payment arrangement. I want Vivian back. If I could choose 0 stars I would, and do not recommend this Aaron's store to anyone... it sucks.

I was delivered a nice new refrigerator from them received dents in it from delivery and this tops the cake for me I have handles for it but they are still new in plastic on top of my fridge because they didn’t send the hardware for it, it’s been 2 months and I still have a no handle fridge!! I’ve never had this kind of issue with Aaron’s until I move back to Killeen and had to deal with this one!

Love Aaron's always helpful Frank does a great job staff is friendly even if I get behind I don't feel pressured and stressed they are very understanding as long as you talk to them. Great job Aaron's.

Me and my family purchased a sofa cash price that was sitting in the back ! It was delivered the next day we are sitting there watching tv and my mom got bit by something and we began to look the sofa had bed bugs ! The manager Frank wasn’t nice about it at all . He is extremely inconsiderate and rude !

I'm very disappointed with this company right now. They have call me every day sometimes four times a day regarding my daughter. I told them she not here in Texas. Then they ask if I can get in Touch with her I told them I will try but I'm tired of them harassing me. It not my bill or my responsibility,the person told me that my number is the only one on account.I don't care stop calling me because I don't have there merchandise. The reason my number was giving to them for emergency contract
