I hate leaving negative reviews because it was one bad experience, but this one is a must. The system they use is so flawed, it took me 3 attempts just to pay them back for a loan. First I paid online, said I had paid, went about my life. 2 weeks later I get a call to remind me to make a payment. Turns out even though the website said I made a payment and it was paid in full the payment never processed. They sort of made it right by only charging me the interest up to the first payment. So I get paid and go to pay it off, in store, and get a receipt saying it was paid in full. Get home and about 20 minutes later, get a call saying it didn't go through. Check my account and sure enough, never went through. Turns out it won't process a cashapp card unless it is in increments of $5. So what was supposed to be $318..03, ended up being $329.39 after both their and cashpp's processing fees, I did get $1.97 because it had to be rounded up to $320, and then processed. I don't trust their system or them to actually handle any money associated with my name, ever again.
