09/26/2023, Store 06036, 2114 E. Rancier Ave, Killeen, Tx, I experienced along with store employees the unprofessionalism of one store employee. The employee used profanity loudly over and over again while working on my husband Ram Dodge truck. Also he expressed his hatred for working for Advance Auto. Especially for having to install two batteries ($259.99ea). I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from an employee. I did request to speak to the manager or district manager but the manager was not on-site and would not be in until tomorrow (Randy, I think was the name given). Customers should not have to hear store employees dislike for performing a job or dislike for a company they work for. This is not the first time my husband encountered this employee but it was my first. I can only assume the company allows this behavior. The battery install was completed but I was afraid my husband vehicle would be damaged due to the employee explosive attitude.

8/5/23 I was at the store parking lot before the door was due to be unlocked. I waited until a older guy came and unlocked the door. I gave him time to get back to the register. I walked in walked towards the register we exchanged hellos and I said I need a battery and before I could ask my question he rudely cut me off and said I can’t help you ..I can’t leave this spot until 8am when the other worker comes in. I said I didn’t ask you to do anything I said I needed a battery. I gave him my car info and he confirmed they had my battery and the cost. BUT HE SAID IT AGAIN I CANT HELP YOU UNTIL 8 am I said okay. I left out the door and my Mom was outside taking my battery out to speed the process up. I told her what had happened with the old guy I now know as Randy. Anyway a young lady pulled up and got out of a red car and immediately said you ladies need help she had on company work shirt on so we knew she must be the help Randy was speaking about. She said her hello and went inside and come right back out not even sure if she put her things down in the right spot. Any way she helped me with the battery I went and and paid for it but I noticed Jessica had tears in her eyes and seemed to very upset. I quickly figured out why instead of Randy helping me as he already knew what I needed he was ordering her around. Then he could not even get in the computer and needed her help after all. Jessica if you ever read this please know that if you had not come when you came I would have taken my money elsewhere. Thank you for your awesome customer service. You went above and beyond to help me. I am not happy that the ticket say Randy’s name and not yours… if it’s commission I want my money to go you.. You did the work and earned it. You even taught me about the corrosion blockers that Randy just ring up but did not educate me on. Thank you ? This is long post but I hope the right person reads it and give Jessica the praises she deserves ? % She took a negative experience and made it positive.

It is my opinion this is the rudest, least helpful of these stores in our area. Should have known when there were no cars in lot and no readily available personnel to assist. Have to find him so he could be totally unhelpful

The doors were locked at 7:14 pm despite the 9 pm closing time. Cell phone and vape on the register counter. He looked perturbed that he had to show up for work today. I was only there to pickup an ordered item. Avoid this location and go to another one or a different auto parts store. Save yourself the time.

The 3 people in there act like it's only one person working I had one item in my hand and there's another customer with like 30 things and see me with my one item and the other two people counting change and sitting on their phone. Funny cause I'll never be back. Thanks for nothing ! Mind you I was standing there for like 15 minutes ?

Pretty good service. They try their best to help and even let me purchase a brake light from their commercial account because they were out of their packaged ones. That is really good customer service.
