My dogs broke my fence and escaped through the broken panel tonight and were on the run for a few hours. As soon as they went missing I immediately called to see if the clinic had had any strays come in, they took down my info and the receptionist gave me more suggestions on where to post to see if anyone had found them. They ended up coming back home with scratches, so I took them here and they were immediately seen. The vet, tech, and receptionist were all extremely nice and they took good care of my dogs, I’d recommend this establishment to anyone. I’m also extremely grateful for the level of detailed care the vet provided, she found a few abrasions I had missed so I can keep an eye on those now. This positive experience definitely made up for the nerve wracking 3.5 hour rendezvous my dogs decided to have… they deserved the thermometers up their cheeks for that

Heartless and caring have an attitude I have another way to for my dog to be treated and yet she comes in here with a attitude when my baby girl is the only reason I gotten. Through hard times. Are they treating her like trash because the money is not here in their face

I cant say enough about the care and consideration we received here for our beloved bassett hound. They did everything they possibly could, but to no avail. She is at peace now. From the front desk to the veterinary staff, we thank you.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff at this facility. They were very helpful and compassionate as we had to put our 14 year old Asher to sleep. They gave us the time to say our last goodbye to our fur baby as our hearts are broken ?.

Unfortunately, for us, our sweet baby Sox passed away this Saturday, 28 September 2024.
We got Sox when she was only six weeks ago in 2011 she would have been 13 on October 9th. We took her to this emergency vet for cremation after she passed away on our bathroom floor after her battle with cancer. Everything, went so well from the time we called them to let them know she had passed away, they told us to bring her right on in. The woman at the front desk, put us in a room right away and told us that we can spend as much time saying goodbye to her as we needed. She was also so sweet to give us a lock of her hair and whiskers so that we can take it with us. It was so hard to leave her there on the table and we kept going back-and-forth because we knew that we would never see her again on this earth. We opted to have her remains cremated. We turned her in on Saturday and on Monday evening she was already ready for pick up. Once we got there, we received her remains and let me tell you, everything was so beautifully done by the crematory personnel “Cherished Memories “. The sweet lady who owns the company came out from the back and gave us a tutorial on how to unlock her box that she was in and also the necklace that held her remains. We have never had a pet cremated before so this was a new experience for us. She was so sweet, patient and kind to us. I highly recommend her, her company and also the Vet. As you can see from the pictures that everything was beautifully done. The box, The necklace, the certificate and everything that you get in the gift bag. Job well done. I, 100% recommend this establishment And especially Cherished Memories . We will miss our baby so much, and of course, we would much rather have her here, but the time and the thought that went into creating this beautiful memory for us will never be forgotten Ty!

From the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we left this was the best experience possible at an emergency vet clinic. They were clean, friendly, knowledgable and even my GSD felt at ease with them. Thank you to everyone who was on staff for taking such good care of her and answering all my questions. Highly recommended!

Our baby Marshall had a blockage from a foreign object and progressively worsened as the weekend continued. My gut told me to take him to ER on Sunday. He was so miserable. We were blessed to have been met with such a compassionate team working on sweet Marshall. He had the surgery to remove the foreign object and is already more like himself. Thanks to the team for the care given to our fur baby.

I called on Sunday for emergency service for my dog MAX, and you guys took him straight to the back.
Unfortunately, we were told how ill MAX was and that he might not make it over night.
We decided that instead of seeing MAX suffer and not being able to provide round the clock care that putting him down was the hardest decision Ever.
Thanks to the staff and Dr that explained every detail to us and the way you guys prepared us with a bag of nothing but LOVE.
THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE TO MAX
LOVE,
MAX LOVE FAMILY ❤️

Brought my dog here after he was throwing up and falling over and acting unusual when we finally got to the back after waiting several minutes, we continued to wait for assistance then when we finally got it, all they did was check my dogs temperature and give me a paper with crazy prices without telling me anything that I could do to help or what is actually wrong with my dog , also, the fee to just be seen by the doctor is $135 which I think is crazy since all she did was check his temperature and tell us to schedule another appointment to spend more money

300-400$ just to tell me what eye drops to use to treat my dogs eye. I already knew from Google it was 1 of 2 types and it only cost 8$-20$ so not sure how the checking them out doubles in price after they get treatment. About 130$ to be seen about 270-370 for eye drops. Not an exact price just the quote I was given otp.

They took amazing care of our frenchie Luna after she suffered a medical emergency. She was taken back immediately and it's very likely that the staff saved our dog's life. They kept my husband informed throughout the entire process. Thank you is not enough. I would recommend this animal emergency center to anyone without hesitation.

I want to say a heartfelt Thank you to the veterinarian and his staff at this Emergency Clinic today. Our cat Moe was 15 years old and hadn't eat at all for the last 2 days and also had lost weight over the last year. It was determined that Moe had possible cancer and my husband, my youngest son, and I were able to say goodbye as the Vet made him comfortable for his final rest!

We tried taking our dog there last night but no one would come to the door. The hours say they are open, we rang the doorbell multiple times and called with no answer. We ended up driving to temple.
