Zero stars, rented a car and was told they don’t have any cars because it was a same day rental. He said he would call if he finds something. That was just to pacify me. No thanks, I rent cars 2-3 times per month will go elsewhere.

Our rental agreement was with Alamo but we actually dealt exclusively with the Enterprise desk in person. Matthew was very patient and helpful. We ended up getting an Audi for a great price. We actually didn't want a luxury car but it was all they had and we weren't charged any extra. In fact we got a great deal on a weekly rental by adding an extra day, oddly enough. Our experience was very positive.

I don't usually like being upsold when I rent a car but I am so happy that Shahid did! We ended up doing a lot more driving than I thought we were going to and upgrading the car made a HUGE difference in our comfort level

Hello I requested a car and got a good deal so far I even paid for it in advance and got no email on my reservation tell me all the info . I did get a confirmation number but no one will verify it is correct.

Had a great experience. They even waited late to get me a car after a flight delay. Not sure who to review since I rented through Alamo, serviced by National but had an Enterprise car. I did have a recall and have to swap cars though.

Rented a car from here last month for my family to be able to go on vacation for my husbands leave from the US Army When we returned the car they decided to charge our debit car again for the price of the rental. Upon noticing that they did this I called to ask them why and when the money would be put back on the card. The woman I spoke with said they would have someone call me back to explain why and give me a date of when they would reverse the second payment. Nobody called me back. This happen for 4 days and I finally went back to the rental location and showed them my charges. Still not having any reason to why or what happened they told me it was the bank fault not there's to go to the bank. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with on the phone and in person. Still fighting for my money 5 days later with no explanation of why.

Asked the guy 3 times over the phone if a debit card would be okay since I was stranded paying a uber $100 for a hour ride only to be told when I finally arrived that i need a credit card. Never use them again

Never ever rent from Alamo. Do not go to the website and put your credit card information in. I went to Alamo and was told I can not rent from them because they are with Enterprise. I still got charged from my credit card. Tried to call Alamo for refund but was not successful. I do not recommend to go through Alamo?.

The car was dirty with crackers on the seat, not vacuumed from previous rental. I had to wipe the car down myself. Forgot my prescription glasses in the car, now having to fight to get them back. Was told they don’t take debt cards at the airport when the site states they do. To much to deal with. No more Alamo.

I rated the lady on the phone 5 stars after the call, only to be disappointed in the end. I rode Uber to the Killeen regional airport to pick up the car and there was nobody on the desk; they’d lied to me on the phone!The lady at enterprise was so rude too, at the end of the day I got nothing but disappointment and I walked back home ashamed and disgusted.Don’t rent, don’t even call them. They will lie about having vehicles they don’t have!!!

Why do you make reservations if they are not ready when you arrive there and have to wait for them to clean your vehicle? That's the whole reason why you call ahead and then they try offering you a minivan instead of what you rented for the same price. 53 minutes later and still waiting.

I traveled to PR Island for 5 days, I took the car rental service with Alamo as usual when I travel to PR. When I delivered the car I told Agent Colon that he received me that everything was fine except a little bad smell that the car had on cigarettes, immediately Agent Colón very worried gave me a discount on the cost for the inconvenience, I felt very satisfied with the service. When I was already in line for my check-in, I received a call, it was from Agent David Colon to give me a package of Pandora that he found in the car that I had just delivered, he asked me where I was, got to me and bring me the package. His honesty and service makes him different and excellency customer service. Agent David Colon deserves all the admiration and recognition, the good ones are more. Thank you for you service.

Do not use them. Go elsewhere. My husband rented a car and went to pick it up to be told there were no cars available and he would get a full refund. 17 days later and we're still waiting to get nearly £500 back. This company is an absolute joke!!!
