I worked with Mondra and he is a great sales rep. Told him exactly what I wanted and even though they didn’t have the car I wanted he found it somewhere else and had it at the dealership the next day . I love my car and i’m so glad I got to work with Mondra !

Most of the time there great till I seen the tech get out of my truck and pull on the side mirror to put it out to show another customer then he pushes it back in well there is a button on the door that brings your mirror in and out so he should have not been pulling on my mirror the way he was . That is why he had a hard time pulling it out and back in 😡

My experience withe Mondra was good experience. He taken care of me and got me a great deal on a Silverado RST and the finance department explained everything with clarity and got me in and out as quickly as possible.

have 2023 silverado 'loaded'.. blind side indicator wasn't working. Went to other dealer who 1st told me needed a trailer to work-even though worked prior without trailer. After still not working told me 'was all okay'. Additionally told me 'was not able to work'. In stead of saying something more diplomatic like 'don't know why it worked for you previously'. Felt like basically calling me a liar. Went for second opinion. Not sure if they did a different diagnostic but agreed something wasn't right. Left truck and when got it back.. works and even told me possible reason wasn't working prior to this.. Again, demonstrated difference between dealerships.

Good people persons , not one time did i feel pressure.
