Ms.Bobbi is so knowledgeable about the rental units and uhaul trucks. She is friendly and approachable. She is a great listener to make sure she is able to take care of the customers. She is very professional to all that meet her. She is a very rare diamond in this day and age.

I briefly rented here a couple of years ago. Most recently, I rented a uhaul for a day. In both circumstances, the staff seemed disinterested in my business. It isn't a big thing to me but some might prefer a more gracious experience.

Moved from Alaska to Texas and was thankful for the help Bobbie was able to provide. I attempted to do an early drop off at another location, which happened to be closed for 3 days, and she assisted me in calling Uhaul dispatch, who also wasn't tracking me turning in my equipment. After all the mess, Bobbie handled it very professionally, and I was able to do a successful turn in of my equipment.

Came in to Ameristor self storage on a Sunday praying and hoping I could get a uhaul Bobbie was very helpful and courteous and super sweet I was confused about the sizes well different sizes of the trucks and she took me outside and showed me the difference between the trucks so happy and blessed I was relieved I was able to get a truck on a Sunday to move my belongings I wanted to get a storage unit but they didn’t have any drive up storages everything was indoors and it would’ve been too difficult for me to move my furniture indoors she apologized but nothing bad I could say great customer service smooth transaction and definitely would recommend to family and friends

You find boxes at the best prices, don't waste time looking for boxes at a good price and good quality.

They charge cards without permission. Hang up on people, don’t take accountability and are unprofessional. Oh and don’t try to confront them like a person, because they will lie and call the cops on you!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave a zero I would. I tried coming in before 9pm and the gates wouldn’t let me in and her excuse was that there computers are ahead even though they run off of satellite and there is nothing they could do! I need stuff for work and they wouldn’t let me in even though I was here before 9pm when the gates close. Don’t rent from here. I will be closing mine as soon as I can!
