Check this out! Hadn't been to the dentist since I was 13 years old in Oakland CA. The Whole Staff was Free Spirited! Never Rude, explains Everything Crystal Clear. I just left and had two teeth pulled and it was a great experience outside of being a little nervous. She very professional pulling it out and then had some good old-school soft rock playing in the background. If you need Dental work, go there and see. They Actually Care. Love y'all and glad The Great Cosmic Mother sent me there.

The staff is always friendly. My husband has been gong there for 7 years and my dad 3 years. Only issue with argumentative Erica who answered the phone last week to take my father's appointment. Basically called me a liar concerning the phone systems being done last year, accused me of yelling and hung up in my face.

I recently received a quote for fixing my teeth which amounted to $17,000. However, I was not provided with a breakdown of the cost and I was unclear on how long the fix would last. This left me feeling a bit uncomfortable, as I knew I would be spending a significant amount of money on a temporary solution that would only last for less than a year. I'm hoping to obtain more clarity on the pricing and the longevity of the fix so that I can make an informed decision about moving forward with the procedure.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Aspen Dental here over off W S Young Dr in Killeen. I visited the establishment for a filling procedure Thursday last week and did not receive a proper shaving due to me being numbed up(which was okay). The doctor was great and instructed me to return as soon as possible if any pain arose before my next scheduled visit on the 19th. Pain did end up arising and so I reached out and was denied a timely appointment adjustment when I needed it most. The lack of urgency, flexibility and concern for my well-being is unacceptable. I would highly not recommend this place.

Cash price is WTW!$14,500 to remove 7 teeth 2 implantsand and lower dentures$10,000 for two root canals and crowns and new lowers.I had a good experience with the killeen branch of aspen dental 5 years ago. Sad to say Aspen dental is no longer the affordable dentist with a great payment plan / cash pay of killeen.Aspen Dental is now a PREDATOR in the dental community.With a health care for maximum profit attitude praying on the uninsured with over INFLATED treatment cost and a never ending payment plan.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental and I was very impressed. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The tech they have is very up to date. When discussing financing I didn’t feel pressured to choose certain options and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I was very nervous when I got there but they made me feel so comfortable they treated me like if i was family they made me feel welcomed days of lying to me about my situation with my teeth and what to expect it was an awesome experience! now I can smile again ?
