I would like to give the team at this store a big thank you, especially Gabby! I stay pretty busy during the work day and needed to upgrade my wireless service from another carrier to be more productive on the go. She was extremely helpful, answered all questions with an abundance of knowledge. She had me up and running in no time and made sure everything was good to go before I left. Also put up with my work calls during my visit to this store with patience and understanding. Truly great job with unbeatable customer service that you so rarely see these days. Thank you!

My family and I received Awesome customer service at AT&T in Killeen at 1300 E Central TX Expressway! Ms. Gabby ensured our phones were up and running, info transfered, and device working properly prior to walking out the door each time we went in to get our new phones. I am not tech savvy, but I know exactly where to go to make sure everything with our phones are go to go. Thanks for having technical knowledge available in the store for face to face people like us. Thanks Ms. Gabby for all your help.

Where do I even begin. I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless I really have to. I purchased an IPad from them a week ago. A week after my purchase, my iPad stopped working and they are trying to charge me 50$ to able to return it……..Why? They sold me a faulty device and want to charge me to return it……..That’s not fair! I only had it for 7 days. I never dropped it, never put it in water or anything to damage the device it just stopped working while I was in the middle of watching Netflix in my room. The lady on the phone also straight up lied to me. She said she was going to put me on hold to grab the manager. After being on hold for over half an hour. I hung up and called again, this rude man kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak to him and I asked to speak to the manager and he said “ we don’t have on currently for this location “. Hmmm funny because I called earlier and the lady said she was going to grab the manager and all of the sudden y’all don’t have one. Which one of y’all are lying. Just don’t go here.

Gaby gave me false information twice regarding the return of my device and upgrade of my device she has horrible customer service and if I could give 0 stars I would, if your getting helped by her ask for someone else she is under informed of how AT&T policies work on two separate occasions, don’t take any advice she gives you she caused me to have the run around multiple times for something AT&T could have fixed hassle free. I will not continue to go to this store. All employees should be trained with the up to date policies so customers can have good experiences dealing with gabby twice and being told wrong information on both instances is what you’ll look forward to going to this store

Little to no wait time! She was very informative and helped my wife and I get new phones and started serving with them! We even transferred our phone numbers and the whole process took less than 20 minutes tops!

Went to AT&T to join my Boyfriends plan with a new phone and watch and Gabby helped us and truly went above and beyond to get us the best deals and save money for a line for out daughter as well. Thank You Gabby for all your help You were AMAZING!
