Bad experience with your customer service representative named SATIN (African American woman). First, her whole demeanor was very unprofessional. Secondly, she was getting impatient at me for not understanding what I needed. Her face was mean looking, not friendly. Thirdly, I stood and informed her of how she was toward me; told me to have a nice day and walked away. I have never seen such poor customer service. She obviously doesn’t understand that her salary comes from paying customers. I will be sharing to my friends and families of my experience with your employee.

Good Morning my name is Kenneth Brown and i came in yesterday i came into the store around 7:20 pm and i got a new iphone and the black lady that helped me she had like braids in her hair so i asked what the sales tax will be on the phone and to me it sounded like she had an attuitude and i was asking what type of cord can i use for apple car play and she had just a nasty attuide and while my information was trasfering to the new phone is was mainly on her phone that is not good customer service.

Great service, especially from Dominique. He worked through several issues with my kids' apple watches to solve an issue that a tech at a different AT&T store couldn't figure out. Dominique was incredibly patient and was very persistent about figuring out how to get my watches set up, and was successful at it!

Satin was very pleasant and helpful. My initial reason for my visit was because I was looking for a specific phone for my elderly mother. Something more user friendly. And I needed the phone to be mailed directly to her in North Carolina. Which she helped me get it done. Then while I was there I decided to upgrade my phone and also upgrade my iPad for a tablet for my granddaughter. Satin was extremely nice, not to mention the gentleman that was working that day as well. I was having a difficult time trying to receive my military discount online and at another AT&T location, but when I came to this store, AJ happily helped me, and now I’m all set! He has a very positive, pleasant and helpful personality, I greatly appreciate that! I am very pleased with my experience at this particular AT&T store!
