I brought my vehicle to numerous shops for repair and no one seemed to get it right. The vehicle was shaking at high speeds and every mechanic shop was trying to get me to buy their service which I did not need, but yet could not replicate the issue. No one was able to promise to fix it 100% or figure out the problem accurately. They all said, "Pay us and we will fix what we think is wrong." That was until I went to Auto Euphoria and spoke with Adam and his co-worker Walt. They promised to do a courtesy basic inspection. That is one thing they DID NOT do. They took a deep dive into my car. They did a thorough inspection of my and spent over 5 hours trying to replicate the problem, which they finally did. They utilized 4 drivers over 3 days in order to replicate my driving style. They also checked out the rest of the vehicle. I called over the weekend and the Owner answered the phone (Shocking!!) and promised to get me an update, which he did. Once they were done they advised me to take the car to a Honda Dealer as it needed a lot of work. Upon completion of their hard work, I asked for the price of the Deep Dive "inspection" and I was completely shocked. They refused to take any payment at all. Wow, I was blown away. They spent hours trying to figure out a problem when they could have said that it was anything and charged me for it.
I will ALWAYS bring my car to Auto Euphoria. This is a car repair facility that I trust is there for the customer and not just for their own pocket. Who spends 5 hours "Inspecting" a car when all they could have done was a quick glance? Auto Euphoria does because they care about saving the customer money.
Keep up the honest work and I WILL bring my other vehicles to you without a doubt!

If you’re looking for a mechanic, go here. The staff are nice and understanding, especially towards people who know close to nothing about cars like myself. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and they work with you and your schedule so it doesn’t feel like a stressful experience. I really appreciate how well documented they make their job; they’ve included notes and pictures of everything. Overall, stellar experience!

I love bringing my car to get service here. There are cheaper than Mercedes and produce the same or better results. The staff is nice and very professional. Will continue to bring my vehicle to them.

This shop told me I needed a transmission and a timing chain and quoted me a very handsome price. Never the less I got a second opinion at a different euro shop and what do you know the price was cut by half and I didn’t need a timing chain. They even gave me a loner and my transmission was finished in less then a week. I also needed some other repairs and it still came out lesser then the transmission alone at this shop. I will say the diagnostic was very thorough and so pricey that the other shop didn’t even charge me for one but still did their own. Anywho to make a long story short sometimes you have to get a second opinion.

Every time I go to Auto Euphoria. I leave absolutely confident that they are doing things the right way. They do no cut corners, they get the job right, and are honest about when something is needed and when it’s not. I replaced a battery on my vehicle and it did not start. I took it to AE and they tested it and told me to take it back as the new battery was bad. They could have told me something else was wrong and I would have believed them. Instead they were honest and I was able to get a new replacement from the Auto Parts store. Second, my vehicle had an oil leak. They cleaned it and provided me proof that it was caused by something missed from the other business took my vehicle to (not a great decision on my behalf). I was able to request a reimbursement from the other business because of AE’s thoroughness and honest business practices. Heron the bottom of my heart. How do we replicate this quality of business across the world! Thank you AE and your staff!

I had noticed on my Audi the back wiper didn't work correctly so I quickly popped in about 5 min before close to ask a general repair question (I know a-hole move but it promise it was only supposed to take maybe 2 minutes).
Patrick the shop foreman took a quick look for me and offered to do a super quick fix that otherwise would have cost me probably $400+! It was such an incredibly generous thing for him to do. He also took about 30 minutes of his freetime explaining the ins and outs of my vehicle that I have been so intimidated to bring in for service in fear of getting swindled.
The little acts of generosity with time and service does not go unnoticed with customers and I am one of them. I will be bringing my vehicle for service here from now on and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a very capable, knowledgeable & honest mechanic!

Wanted to share an updated review... I cannot put into words that which will accurately and adequately describe how pleased I am with the quality of work that has been done on my vehicle at Auto Euphoria. First and foremost, Adam, Nicole and Pat have been genuine life savers in regards to my vehicle. The damages incurred on my vehicle, from another repair shop, have been resolved with an assured feeling of relief. Nicole and Pat are the technicians that have had to do repairs, and I truly appreciate what they have been able to accomplish. Adam is awesome. He has been 100% honest, from day one, and that's what a client should expect. He has gone above and beyond to explain, and show, things that have been done to my vehicle from the other shop that "did repairs". Hindsight is 20/20, but I really wished I had found them sooner! This is the third time I've had my vehicle taken care of at Auto Euphoria, and I will NEVER allow any other place to touch it again!!!
3/11/2022... Still having corrective services and maintenance done with the Auto Euphoria team. I cannot give enough praise for the quality of work, the professionalism of the staff, and the attention given to the care of my vehicle. There is never a doubt that whatever service or maintenance performed will be explained thoroughly, and done with the efficiency of an expert! Kudos to Auto Euphoria
6/3/2022... Auto Euphoria is the only car repair shop that will ever handle services needed to my vehicle, so long as it remains in Killeen, Texas! I'd recommend them all day, everyday!!!
07/23/2024... Auto Euphoria continues to keep my vehicle running after having it almost destroyed at Mayo Autoworks, roughly 3-4 years ago. I would recommend their services everyday of the week, and twice on Sunday (they're not opened on Sunday)!
