Very disappointed in the service department. The employee was rude to say the least. That was the beginning of my experience and it just escalated from there. I had planned on purchasing a new car after the new year but it definitely won’t be from Ford because the service department plays a big role in the experience you have. There was no friendliness or interest in why I was there, it was just nope you don’t have enough rewards the rest was just shutting down everything I said. If I ever treated Paula the way I was treated by her, I wouldn’t have a job. I wasn’t off the property and was already crying. It took me several hours to calm down to be able to get on here and even leave a review because i would have not been as nice as I’m being. I won’t be back ever. My experience sucked. Oh and btw i couldn’t talk to anyone of authority either. They had to ask a hundred questions and then get a boss to call you later. It felt like she took joy in telling me that I didn’t have enough points and that certain things weren’t covered. I didn’t feel important or like I was cared about as a customer. I drive a 25 Ford Bronco.
