Not the greatest place to go if you're just looking. I felt the energy leave the building the moment I mentioned I was currently living out of country. What they failed to realize is I was trying to buy a vehicle before I returned. My family and I waited outside for about 20 minutes before we realized the sales associate lied to us about showing us vehicles. I will NEVER recommend nor go there myself. So sad, I ended up buying a truck from round rock.

Told me my trade value and even informed them I had mechanical issues.. Had me drive my car up there told me I was approved. Next day completely different story.. Would not take my car at all and said I need 5000 down.

Awesome sales team, Todd helped me find the car I wanted and stayed with my criteria, time restrictions, great trade in on my Nissan Sentra SER, payment limit and I have never spent less than 6hrs trying. Todd and the finance team got me exactly what I asked for and on the road with my new Ford Focus Titanium in less than 3hrs. Awesome job, definitely recommend Automax and Todd. Go see Timothy White at Automax in Killeen, TX. Will treat you right, fair prices, and EXCELLENT service. Even after we agreed on numbers, he kept going above and beyond in service. Overall, was a great feeling the whole way through. Very transparent and I would definitely buy another care from Timothy White at Automax again. Very pleased with my experience.
