This time and day, customers service is a premium, I was very greatful for one of your managers, UNKYOUNG STORE #1318.
I approached her with my concern, I had lost a credit card receipt back in May 2024, and I was needing a copy for accounts payable. I informed her, of this situation and she went to go look for the credit card receipt. Unfortunately the purchased date on the receipt had already passed and she could not recover it.
She gave me a one 800 number to call to see if I can get a copy sent to me. While I was in the parking lot To my surprise, she was knocking on my vehicle window, she asked me if I recalled which register I purchased, the item from. She would, try running the purchases on that register. To see if we can get a copy of the receipt.
She was able to pull the receipt and provide me with a copy. I was very thankful.
It’s employees like that who show they’re willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I just wanted, to take the time to tell you about Unkyoungactions, and thank her for her help, and taken the time to look for the receipt.

Throughout my life, I have been to many Auto Zones...but this location here is the only location I'm about to review! To Mr Brian, the manager, I want to give you a very special thank you for helping me fix my regulator. Not only was your customer service impeccable, but the way you cared about me and talked to me like someone you have been knowing for a long time. I felt cared for, not like a customer, but a family member, and I owe this all to you! From the moment I walked in there, to the end. To even having the part come from a different site, to using your own time to fix it and made sure it was working before taking off! He even took a bulb out that was causing some sparking electric current. I didn't even know! ? Who does that? I'll tell you who...Brian! Thank you so very much for your help and understanding. 10,000 stars for you, sir! Happy customer ❤️☺️

The staff is rude...some are nice but its some in there that act like they don't want to be bothered. If I come in with a concern or a problem ...please treat me like you would want to be treated. I will not be returning because this is the second problem I have had with this location.Change your attitude.

Rude staff. Even over the phone . None of them seem like they want to be there and it seems as if it’s an inconvenience for the lady (Rosemarie) to check us out. Treat others the way you want to be treated ESPECIALLY if we’re being nice. Will be going to O’Reilly’s in the future… or literally anywhere else.
