Customer service was exceptional and the ease of picking up and dropping off was adequate. The car I received did have some minor interior damage that was mildly disappointing.

Had a great and smooth experience. Oriana has great customer service and very pleasant. The manager Jodi noticed an error on my invoice and took care of it immediately without even me asking. All my needs were met and the vehicle was great and roomy. Thank you!!

Reserved a mini van I go there and they told me they don’t have a mini van told me I can go into an explorer I said fine whatever. Got out to the explorer to find it’s an expedition. Like how can you make this big of an error! . And the thing has been smoked in which is awful and we are stuck driving it. This is the last time I give Avis/budget a chance. Every time I end up with the short stick!

Do not rent from this place if you can avoid it. The rep Oriana scammed me by telling me I had NO CHOICE but to get the insurance even though I told her I had my own. I've rented cars before and if you're covered you don't have to get their insurance, but she insisted I had no choice in this.

Stay clear of AVIS. I got a piece of junk. Had a flat within the first few miles. Cigarette burns and body damage both inside and out. ZERO help from roadside assistance. Ended up limping to a tire repair shop by filling with air at every service station passed. Spent $24 out of pocket for tire repair and air. Stay clear. NEVER send anyone you love to AVIS. Only send enemies.

A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!! I was charged for gas when I brought it back full. I received the car at 15.8 and brought it back at 15.7. The entire Avis corporation can kiss my entire rear because that is ridiculous. I literally stopped at the nearest gas station filled up and drove straight there and still got charged. I hate Avis and I’m done.Edit to add: the customer service rep “reached out” to me and said the charges were valid. How is the gas valid?How are you suppose to get it back full when you have to drive it back to the airport and that’s the closest gas station I should’ve brought the shi back completely empty. What do you want? Us to carry a gas can and fill it up at the airport? I HATE yall so bad.

It was going to be a great day. I had more than enough money for a car rental for 1 week, and could have easily afforded a 4 day rental with a large $200 security deposit...had I been given that opportunity. And Uber told me there was no deposit required at Avis, so I chose the 7 day rental, made the reservation, was told I was all set to go...just show identification at the desk. I could taste the freedom of the open road. After spending an over paid amount with Uber just getting to the airport, I was now in front of the young lady responsible for handing me the keys to the rental car that was already way overpriced and unaffordable. But it was for the opportunity to see my mother and have a good weeks vacation...and what did the Lollipop girl say? "There's also a $200 security deposit."Now, wait... I was told there was no deposit required, and the reservation never mentioned it!! I CANT AFFORD A 7 DAY RENTAL, PLUS A SECURITY DEPOSIT. So, the logical thing, modify the reservation by categorizing the already enough paid amount, and move on... nope. Too easy. The lollipop girl at the counter couldn't do any of that. I would have to call customer service. WHAT THE... ??Customer Service: It could be up to 10 business days for a refund, and we can't modify this reservation. ?Now I'm overheated. I'm out several hundred dollars, my mother is waiting for me to arrive, no car, and then have to pay another over priced Uber for a ride home. And I still haven't been refunded.CLASSIC INCOMPETENCEAvis, YOU OWE ME A FREE 1 WEEK RENTAL.

I was disappointed when I picked up my vehicle from Avis at the Killeen Airport my vehicle was not there waiting for me even though I had reserved it weeks in advance. She took my information as if it was available and then after making sure my credentials were valid she informed me that the vehicle I had reserved was not available they “had” to take it for an oil change that morning. After waiting an hour to get the vehicle I reserved I had to wait another 15 -20 minutes to pick it up because they were in the process of changing over their internet service so the young lady had to swipe my credit card 4 times!!!!! Before they could get the system to accept my credit card. This is unacceptable customer service!!!!

Had to rent a car to drive home. As I had 18 hours or so of drive time ahead of me, I selected the car with the best MPG, a Kia Rio at 41 MPG.I get online and book the car, if I prepaid I think I got an extra 10% off, so I prepay. I get to the airport and make my way to the rental desk. The woman working the counter was professional and courteous. HOWEVER, the car I reserved was not back from cleaning and there was the possibility that it would not be done that day. So... I receive and complementary "Up Grade" to a Jeep Gladiator, which only gets 21 MPG. Unfortunately, I have no choice at this point, I need a vehicle and I've already prepaid. Thanks for doubling my fuel cost for this trip and I understand this isn't a AVIS issue but that Gladiator is by far the most uncomfortable, back spasm inducing vehicle I have ever had the misfortune of driving. I finally make it to the drop of location its 2 in the afternoon the airport is busy and there is no drop key box in the parking lot. I truck over to the rental car area of the airport, where there is no one to be seen at the Avis desk. No sign "Be back in 5", after waiting about 20 minutes I reluctantly go down the Budget desk. Where there are 4 people ahead of me and spend another 25 minutes just waiting to drop off keys and paper work. Now I'm waiting to see if the will try to charge me for being late to turn the keys in more than 30 min late...

Customer service at origin/destination were awful. I was originally provided a vehicle with dog hair throughout and the latter did not verify the vehicle was refueled-resulting in a charge.Luckily I had the fuel receipt. Lastly, according to the representative the vehicle was over due an oil change by at least 1,500 miles. They had the audacity to say that I could get the oil changed and the company would reimburse me. Very disappointed in Avis!!

The vehicle was dirty. The windows were not wiped down on the inside. The console and dashboard area had dust and dirt on it. The exterior of the vehicle had not been washed. The carpets were completely worn in the rear seat area when I called to complain and make sure they didn’t try to charge me the lady working at the desk her name was Tori told me that she would annotate that on our reservation. When I returned the vehicle, it was not annotated on the reservation as she had said, it would be, in addition, I filled up the gas tank before I returned it and they charged me $87 for a half a tank of gas. Luckily I have taking a picture of the mileage and the fuel level of the gas tank prior to me returning the keys.I would not recommend renting from this location.
