BOA has the worst customer service, the staff are very unfriendly. I have been banking with them for 15 years or more, each time I go to the bank they always act if a African American can't have that type of money . Stereotyping when they know i come in all the time. There is one staff that is great Tacorra . I am so done with these want to be upscale prejudice Banks I have a nice amount in my accounts but you still treat me like I am scamming. I have 3 accounts yet I can't deposit my check into one of my accounts such a sad day. I would recommend going to the bank in Walmart they open 7 days and they are more friendly First conveniene. Taking all my money out will neverever refer anybody to BOA. If you notices most of there branches are closing.

This is the worst bank on America, the don't answer the phone. They will not take American money for deposit unless you are a bank member, I tried to deposit money in my daughter's account, they will not take cash. I'm not talking about a lot of cash, just some money for christmas...

This branch is having some major issues with staffing at the moment but the remaining staff are helpful, doing the best they can with what they have. I needed to deposit cash and the employee took me out to the atm and showed me how. Now I don't need to go inside. Very helpful.

This specific BOA keeps calling me and saying that there is some kind of issue with my account. They have now started emailing me. I keep trying to call the bank using the number provided and no one answers....ever. I've been trying to call multiple times a day for days. My issue is that this specific location is saying that they are having an issue with "my account." My issue is that I don't even live in Killeen anymore, I live in North Carolina so I can't even go into this bank to see what they are talking about. I've called the main number with BOA and they tell me that there is no issue with my account. I really need to move all my money to USAA... they are so much better.

Don't bank here! They are way understaffed which results in long waits at the drive thru and in the bank. One employee has no idea what another is doing and if they can't find an answer on the computer screen they are clueless! This bank has never heard of customer service and have no desire to find out what it is! Stay away!

This bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took the front clerk 25 minutes just to sign me up to talk to a bank clerk. The issue I see in this bank is that employees dont move with a purpose. If I can give negative stars I would.

This branch is by far the worst I have ever visited. Once inside the branch myself and others were ask to leave because "the branch was now closed". Myself an others were outraged. The manager John is an arrogant young man who has not yet realized the only product he has to sell is service. It is the customer who sustains his business with their deposits, loans and credit card services. John is a clock watcher ... without regards to his customers. John is rude and condescending. His supervisors need to council him or remove him from his position. Prior to writing this review it was noticed this branch is currently receiving a low review ... after my recent visit ... I am not surprised. I have several accounts with BOA. I plan to contact corporate concerning this issue. I will need good reasons to continue using BOA rather than closing all my accounts and transfer my business to a competitor. Please stay away from this branch.

Been with BofA since 1992. We moved to the Killeen area 10 years ago and did business at the Harker Heights location of BofA and found them to be rude haughty and arrogant compared to the BofA folks we dealt with in Austin.. We went to the BofA location in Killeen I went in with questions about refinancing our car and the loan officer could have seen that with my credit (Not bad not great) that refinancing a 2018 car that has 20K miles on it is not a prudent choice. That aside I would image the loan officers job is to get folks to apply NOT necessarily vet them. Thus an unneeded blotch shows up on my FICO for the next 18 months. OH and on top of that Chase, Citi, Discover, Capitol one ALL have our FICO score showing up 20 points higher than Bank of America. So the best way to resolve all of this as well as EXPAND our banking choices we're gonna be closing our BofA accountS and move to a bank that has more LOCATIONS. .. Seems like everyplace we go in Texas Washington State Colorado or Oregon you can't find a BofA. So it seems they are on the retreat.... They are retreating to hide behind their fortress walls so they can count the money they scam off of YOU AND ME, their customers (aka) Sheepish Mark's

Customer since1988. What's going on? City of 150,000 and only 1 atm/location. 10 miles just to go to a free atm?

It's horrible here. You have a line full of people and there is only one teller. Everybody is line including myself are absolutely upset how to ridiculous business is conducted here. They are absolutely always under staff here always. HORRIBLE. Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star if there was a choice for that. Smh.. If you are not a long line waiting person I suggest you DO NOT COME HERE.

We had bank of America because the military encouraged everyone to get their accounts there. It was our biggest nightmare the monthly fees are ridiculous and they made it nearly impossible to contest any charges that we thought were fraudulent. The customer service is poor and due to the large amount of clientele the lines are always super long
