I use to have a account with PNC bank and I came in to get some old bank statements for lawyers purposes and Mr Brian Johnson gave me the best customer service experience I ever had in any bank it really make me want to come back and be a customer with PNC Bank again 🔥

Left on hold, unable to cash checks and get total amount then, must wait 5 business days to get access to my money. Upset that bank doesn’t not have a restroom for customers. Only bank that I know that doesn’t have a restroom in town! Had issues with making a payment proper training needs to be happening.

Went to deposit my money at the atm for rent and forgot to unlock my card, instead of returning my money the atm ate my money and didn't return it. So yeah didn't get to pay rent bc of that
