Due to no fault of my own .. had to take 30 days off due IRS laws for travel nurse and due to short time knowing about it I got behind and promised to pay once back to work .. no understanding no help and I gave good credit .. being a landlord myself I’ll take the road of helping ones out with needs .. I believe God has been so gracious to me I want to be the same .. especially when unforeseen circumstances happen to people. Life isn’t always easy but when it’s not I’ll be the person that will step in and do what I can. I got back to work and immediately paid my bill with my first check and I thank God above for the job and His Grace when life throws a curve ball.

The ratings do reflect this company! I loved the customer service Ms. Johnnie was very sweet and explained everything thoroughly. The process was also easy no hassle! This facility is well kept, very secure and in a great location.

Dawn and Alexis very professional. Made the process of renting a unit an experience. Answered all the questions and very helpful and knowledgeable with questions. Facility clean maintained. Highly recommend if you are looking for a storage unit in the area.

This was the first storage facility we stopped at because we had intended to visit other ones in the area to compare prices. Well our search ended here. We were so pleased with Dawn and Yetta professionalism, kindness and knowledge. They were very friendly and answered all our questions. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility. Very pleased with our experience with them.

Woman that runs the desk was extremely rude. Went to park to get out of someone’s way for just a second and she came out barking at me to move.

Great place and security is always on point. Never had issues getting or out. The area is well lit even if you need to go in after hours.

Johnnie has an amazing customer service. Explains the contract excellent, makes sure you understand. She showed me the storage that I was renting. Very clean storage and surrounding. She is also very professional and friendly. So happy that my husband and I choose this storage.

I'm a former military veteran. before retiring. I had to move a lot. The army always took care of my things every time I had to PCS. but when you retire you have to take care of everything yourself. I was last stationed at Fort Cavazos, for three years before I retired, and I remember that every time I drove out or onto the base, I always had to drive by the Big Red Barn Self Storage, I never paid no mind to it, until the day I retired. now I needed to store my stuff and decided to finally stop and go in. Immediately I was welcomed and shown to all the variation of storage units they had, and their prices. their customer service was very professional. At that moment I was Immediately sold. To make the story short, I've been renting one storage unit going on now for more than 5 years, and just this past week Johnnie (one of their excellent staff's members), convinced me in renting another storage unit, to put all my stuff in, now I have two storage units, and I'm happy for it. I would recommend this place to my friend and family members in a heartbeat if ever I heard them say that they needed a place to store their stuff.
