This place found the screw embedded in the tire that #DiscountTire couldn't find! I kept seeing low tire pressure. So, I decided to go to Big Zack's Tire Schack! Voila! Problem solved. He charged minimal, and u can pay either cash or CC. My go-to tire place now!

ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE!LITTLE SLOW ON THE GREETINGS TODAY MAYBE DUE TO THE RAINY WEATHER.Went to get a BOLT removed from my tire and have it plugged. The service was completed quickly and well. Also suggested and informed me the importance of tire rotation. I will definitely be back!

I've been using Big Zack for years, I have never had a problem with the service provided. Slow leaks, replacement tires or just plain "I need to air up my tires. " I have never had a problem. I've used both locations, Killeen & Temple and they offer friendly service.
