Will at BMW Window Tint places customer service at the forefront of his operation. Not only does his technical expertise beat every competitor from Killeen to Austin he is willing to accommodate anything you can imagine. The man is a visionary when it comes to wraps. He has hooked up, or I guess you could say pimped all three of my rides for the best price that you could get anywhere!

I have had three vehicles tinted by BMW, they do a good job but (But I only keep my vehicles two years) after shopping around for a 4th window tint I learned that they are charging more than the average shop. Most estimates I have received for a midlevel tint (not Ceramic) $300, For Ceramic tint I have received estimates from $400 to $600. BMW charged me $582 for midlevel tinting (not Ceramic ) in Jul 2022, so while this father and son team do a good enought job, they really over charge the customer compared to other professional tinting services. They also require you to come back 3 days after the install, otherwise they will not honor the warranty, if there is a problem. This is an inconvenience and unnecessary requirement. They also come up with excuses when the tint bubbles, or has other problems, saying its the fault of the "soft glass". Based on my shopping around, City Tinting on Rancier has fair prices for tinting a mini van. Classic Windon Tint on General Bruce Drive also has great prices and a lifetime warranty. Neither of these shops will charge a "convience fee or place additional requirements for them to honor the warranty. The 2 stars are due to the over charging. Also they charge you 4% extra as a "convience Fee" if you do not pay by cash, unlike most business who charge the same regardless if you pay by cash or credit card, or debit card. It really pays to shop around to find a good deal.

I took my 16 year old son’s car to get windows tinted and install a remote starter. Will was great, professional and took car of my son. Plus- the work is done right, clean and in a professional manner.

Will Jr. & Will Sr. Are so kind and helpful. They took their time with my ride and she looks SICCCK!!! So professional and made me feel comfortable as a woman in an a car place where traditionally men act like you don’t know what you want or what you’re talking about and wanna try to talk you into different things. They did exactly what I wanted and kept me a part of the process with little details to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely go here for my next wrap project or any future needs! I suppose to give this place NO STAR at all not even 1. I had my windows tinted there before and my tinting was life time warranty when i left.Now I bring it back because of bubbling back window and they say only 3 years warranty instead of life time and want $140 to fix it. Back window is nationwide life time warranty not just 3 years. BAD business, bad service.. want me to get it redone there again, heck NO so you ruin my car again for next couple years.

Black owned black operatored business one of the few still in existence in Killeen that maintain integrity quality of work and craftsmanship the owner is awesome it was a pleasure to meet the owner of a business that came out and explained what to expect price was very affordable and when I came back to pick up my vehicle I was totally impressed and overwhelmed it was absolutely perfect just the way I had explained to him how I wanted it done five stars
