Got scammed here...Fraudulent..I went in to purchase my son a phone upgrade and I was charged $303.09 twice. The rep said the transaction did not go through but the money was taken out of my account. I confirmed with my bank the transactions posted..The rep refused to refund me and did not give us the phone we paid for. The unprofessionalism was shocking. I will be filing a fraud claim etc as well as disputing with my bank.
** I asked the first rep for the owners contact and he gave me the number to another employee at the Temple location so they also refused to provide a corporate or owner contact (SCAMMERS!)

Excellent customer service very knowledgeable. I was having a down day and not only did he help me make a quality decision but also points out the benefits of each products and service. Brother Mark really gave me sound advice and really made my day. Great mothers Day gift.

I'm not sure if the privately owned company scams people out of money or had a system issue they refused to correct but I will certainly be switching providers and taking additional actions. I will now be filing a fraud claim etc as well as disputing with my bank.*Update:: The rep from 2/21 evening shift was horrible but the guy I spoke to 2/22 was a lot more professional and helpful although I still have not received my money back or the phone I was charged for.** I asked the first rep for the owners contact and he gave me the number to another employee at the Temple location so they also refused to provide a corporate or owner contact.I am disputing with my bank since the transaction posted and they are refusing a refund.

Guy at Boost Mobile Gatesville Location Is very pleasant and professional every time I come to the store. He always fixes the problem every time I Come to the store.

They took my payment, then turned my service off because they didn't process a phone we returned to them. I'm not paying for a $1200 phone somebody else fraudulently charged to my credit card. Not going to happen. Boost Mobile did nothing to help me, so I switched carriers.

Boost mobile is not my favorite provider. Charged me for a phone I didn't order. Got my credit card cancelled then turned off my service. I was/am not happy with this company.
