Extremely disappointed with Buddies Home Furnishings. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest throughout the entire situation. I contacted them to come retrieve their property, which was already ripped and torn when I first got it. Instead of handling things respectfully, the manager falsely claimed I hadn’t made any payments and twisted my words — saying I demanded immediate pickup, which was never the case. I was calm and reasonable, yet they still made it difficult. The lack of integrity and customer service is why I’m leaving this one-star review. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

You think there actually helping you out with deals and shit that's all a lie because at the end they come out with oh you still owe a few months after they said everything will be paid off by one date like that's some crazy shit will now recommend to anyone that wants to save money don't bother with this place plus they all have attitude problems no kind of customer service at all.

Delivery is unreliable. I allotted for a 4-7pm delivery at 6pm they notified me they couldn’t deliver at agreed upon time. This is a display of lack of appreciation for customer time.

The ac unit never blew out cold air. I left it on for many hours and no cold air! So a waste of money. I am to stay a whole weekend in a hot room. They picked it up Monday and would not give me my refund. Thieves!!!!

I have paid off items through this store previously no issues. The manager himself was never a problem until I hit a rough patch and needed to return the items. The delivery employees however are very unprofessional and ghetto. One was even so bad I would not allow him back in my house. He was rude he spit on my porch and was looking and staring through my glass door in a way that made my teenage girls very uncomfortable like a little creep or something. Therefore when I returned my items I set them outside my door because I wasn't allowing him back in. I took pictures of the items undamaged still brand new looking and took a video as well. They came 2 hours late to pick the items up and were cursing and everything because I watched and listened on my camera. Then the manager actually lied and flagged my account saying the items were throwed in the yard and not re-rentable which was a complete bold face lie so apparently he is just as ghetto as his employees and I have the videos and pictures to prove it. Also, corporate does nothing they only contact the store manager and pretty much takes their side. I would rather rent from a crackhead on the corner then ever deal with that location again . Just makes no sense.
