I recently had my Toyota Highlander repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the repair process, which really gave me peace of mind.
They kept me well-informed throughout, and I truly appreciated their transparency and expertise. My Highlander came back looking brand new, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
Customer service was outstanding as well—everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible.

Armando was our operations manager through the vehicle repair process. He was well-versed knowledgeable, and very informative. He communicated consistently with us updating us during every step of the process, and even some in between times that require required our attention. If I were ever to need any assistance in the future, I Would definitely be going back to caliber collision. The only person I would ask for would be Armando.
I would say the operations control rep at the front desk is not the friendliest person when greeted upon entry & did not make us feel welcomed but I still had a great overall experience.

Caliber did a good job on the repair. But it took them weeks longer than they said it would. And my vehicle has a new scratches and door dinks. also when they remove my roll bar from my truck when they put it back together it was missing some hardware. If you're willing to tolerate that stuff they do an excellent job on their repairs if you can afford it.
