Caliber has been wonderful to work with these last 6 weeks. My incredible experience started with Etienne & his professionalism. Etienne from moment one was beyond personable, had great attention to detail & was very knowledgeable, which gave me immediate confidence that the job would be done right. He definitely went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly via text, ensure all repairs were up to his standards and was very helpful at pick up with transferring car seats and answering questions and covering all the details that were repaired. Another part of my pleasant experience was Becca & Trinity at the front desk. Every time I called or walked in, they had a smile on their face, spoke with clarity and was very considerate. As a small business owner myself of 17 years, I appreciate solid customer service and Caliber delivered on every front.

I love caliber. I have been going to them for my high luxury and sports car needs. Paint matching OEM replacements, keeping me up to date on progress and always looking like new when done. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my BMW M8 or Maserati with anyone else. This applies to caliber collision in three different cities i Texas. All excellent!!!!

Matt, Dave and Reade at Caliber Collision exceeded all expectations with their outstanding service. They provided consistent updates throughout the entire process, contacting me daily if not every other day. Despite receiving parts later than anticipated, they completed the repair work a week ahead of schedule, they had clear communication, the attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding, from body repair to painting. I can truly say I feel my daughter will be safe and back into her vehicle without me having to worry about anything failing or making her vehicle unsafe.

I had a great experience here. Matt provided splendid customer service and kept me updated the entire time, even sending photos of the process. I got my car back washed, super clean and looking great! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this Caliber location if you need work done on your vehicle.
