This place is amazing! I have used this store since 2014. Darla is an amazing manager. The people at the store are always fair, honest and have great deals for both pawning and buying! 110%!

Very rude, I was just looking around and they seemed annoyed I was even there. Nobody helped or really talked to me, they just rolled their eyes. I've been visiting that store for many years with my mom. I don't know the three lady's that were there but it was horrible. Definitely not good at customer service. I miss the others that used to work at that store. At least they cared about their customers. Next time I go in I hope I see the manager if she is still there because I hate leaving a bad review. I understand if someone is having a bad day but all THREE people were rude. If anything I'll take my business to one of the other Ezpawns or the Cash pawn on Fort Hood. I hope corporate or the manager sees this and talks with them.

If they don't like you whether it be you may not like them or their attitude they will definitely use it against you. I think the only sincere one is Maurice and the main manager. As far as Nikki I get a weird feeling every time I see her and that's why I chose to wait for another. Nothing wrong with that. But don't get pissy at me and take it out on my guy. I was the least sick that's why I cane, he's got the flu
