Stopped in the other day and I must say my experience was great! It was pretty early and most of the time employees are just lackluster, but I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a nice "hello welcome in" the store was clean and looked to be well stocked. I was able to find everything I wanted and a couple extra items. The young lady at the counter, (red shirt. Black hair. i dont remember her name unfortunately)has top tier customer service , she informed me of the reward thing and saved me a couple bucks and was so friendly and pleasant throughout my entire time I was in the store.
I'm new in town and I think I found my morning store on my way to work.

I visited the store today for gas on pump five and I honestly don’t remember putting the nozzle back before driving off and I just wanted to apologize. I tried calling many times but no answer. It’s been a long day.

Charger 1.49 each for black n milds that clearly say 89 cent. Told the cashier and she said that’s just how it works. Paid so I wouldn’t hold up the line but you should really train your cashiers common sense. Thank you

Depending on the time of day, the stores location and the management, the customer service is at most, lackadaisical.

The gas is a bit expensive here, but I still like using this station because they've always got deals on drinks and the staff are really nice all hours of the day.

JUST HAD A VERY HORRIBLE AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. It was so bad that when I got home I burst into tears.This happened at approximately 9:40 a.m. on July 10 2021. I stop at the store because I was extremely thirsty. I got water and other items and went to the counter to pay. The cashier was a female. I realized I forgot my mask so I put my hand over my mouth and told the cashier that I had forgot my mask in the car. She then said don't worry it ain't mandatory. I then said this is the first time I forgot my mask. She then said very nastily that by me putting my hand over my mouth was not going to help either. I then said it will help some and she kept talking about why it would not help(refencing the flu) . She made me feel so bad about the mask that when I went to pay her I threw the money on the counter to her out of anger.(I really did not mean to throw the money). She then took the water, chips and oatmeal pie and pulled it to the back and said since you did that I don't have to serve you. I almost had to beg her to let me pay for the items. After I paid and was exiting the door I could hear her laughing and discussing it with the next customer in line. Personally, I felt as though I was on morning trial by CEFCO for wanting to wear my mask. Can corporate please provide customer service classes for employees. Not saying all of your employees are like this one. I have been coming to CEFCO since you all first open business and always have had very pleasant experiences with all of the employees.

Not a bad store its close and has a lot of good stuff when your hungry early in the morning. The only thing I will say is if the ham in your sandwiches turns GRAY its bad. I pointed this out to the cashier on the Feb5th back on the shelf for sale on Feb7th. Don't get me started on the tuna.
