I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Cefco location around 2:55 AM. My boyfriend, exhausted after his long overnight shift, just wanted to grab a bottle of water. The heavyset woman at the counter refused to take my cash, stating she didn’t want to recount the drawer. This was nothing short of laziness and a complete lack of customer service.
It’s frustrating that hardworking people can’t even get the basics after a long day because of employees who don’t want to do their jobs. This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s clear that some staff prioritize their convenience over the needs of customers.
I would like to speak with a manager regarding this matter. It’s ridiculous that we were treated this way, and I hope this issue is addressed to prevent future incidents like this.

So disappointed in this store. I bought gas and didn’t realize until after I checked out a $1 was added for a charity. I didn’t give my permission it just automatically added the $1. Please be vigilant when you check out because if not their machine is set up to add the $1. I will not be coming back here unless I have cash.

I come to this location whenever I'm on this side of town and I finish working for the day. Right on schedule theres one cashier on the clock and another leaving. Meanwhile there's a line of maybe 7 or 8 people waiting. It's about 8:10 and people are constantly flowing in. I used to work here and there was a policy of no more than 3 in line. I don't know if that policy has changed or not. If it has then I would question as to what measures are taken to ensure Cefco is convenient and not a burden upon stopping. To that point, it not only becomes a burden to the customer, it is also a burden to the sole associate who now has to deal with a line of frustrated guests. It's a horrible spot for me as a customer and the associate as an employee. Today for example 2 people left the store completely and I was almost the third in my almost 15 min wait for 2 bottles of Gatorade and gas. So if they don't care about, the customer, or the associate, you think they would care about their profits. Availability of customer service is horrible.

Never honor there deals at checkout even when you punch in your number. staff is ok they just need to get food prepared for customers. It’s been 2 maybe 3 days of not honing deal. The sign is right there above the sandwich area for a dollar Pepsi product

This store was a mess Friday morning . No cups stocked to get coffee, I wanted an extra large and had to get a large , the area where the creamers are was a complete mess , no ice or anything to keep a decent temp , floors were dirty , there was one employee walking around with a personal drink , the other 3 employees I saw were ringing up customers . I know sometimes after a russ you need to regroup but at the same time clean up your store and have some pride in your work place. Every time I go in this store is messy and dirty . Taped on signs by the coffee area coming off with black stuff on them . I've been in food service and I'm surprised this store passes health dept visits.
