My experience at the Cefco on Fort Hood street was horrible!! I was in a horrific auto accident in November with a semiautomatic truck that hit me and kept driving. Due to that accident, my left knee and right foot and ankle are severely damaged. I struggle to walk without assistance so when my husband is with me, he assists me. Initially, my husband went into the store alone and I was going to wait in the car. However, my bladder decided it couldn’t wait for us to get home so I came inside to use the bathroom. My husband met me at the doors going into Cefco and I put my arm around his neck while he walked me towards the restrooms. This was around 4:15 am. He stopped walking with me so the point we made it to the Amazon lockers (which are on the right before I walked into the women’s bathroom. I was in there awhile so my husband waited in front of the coolers fur me to come out. He had a carry basket with the items we were purchasing and he set the Cefco basket down on the floor where he was standing. My husband didn’t want to go checkout until I was done in the bathroom so he could help me walk from where he was standing and since I was using my Cefco rewards the app is on my phone. My husband isn’t familiar with how the Cefco rewards work and it’s my Cefco rewards account, not his. I exited the women’s bathroom the same way I went into it, by myself and not with my husband. This was at about 4:40 am. When the African American female ( not sure of her name) was scanning our items, she spoke to my husband in a very nasty and derogatory tone. She told him that he wasn’t allowed to take non-purchased items into the bathroom and that he can’t go into the women’s bathroom! She also stated that she had to keep other women from using the bathroom and said that it was because my husband had went into the women’s bathroom with me. We are both outraged at her false accusations and the manner in which she spoke to us. My husband is a Security Officer and his job is in Austin so he works the overnight shift. I drive him to work and stay in Austin until his shift is over. Than I drive us an hour and a half home back to Killeen. That lady was rude and antagonistic. My husband started to raise his voice at the point she falsely accused him of going with me into the women’s bathroom with the items we hadn’t purchased yet. I stopped him from going off on her in a rage and explained to her with my husband that I went into the bathroom by myself and he waited outside the bathroom. My husband walked around the store to pickup a few other items after I went into the bathroom so I know the lady saw him. Instead of her accusing us of such outrageous behavior, she should have looked at the cameras or walked out from the registers to walk towards the bathrooms to see for herself. And she blatantly lied about stopping other women from going into the bathroom because I would have heard her telling other female customers that the bathroom was off limits. I heard her talking to her other coworker while I was in the bathroom so I know she lied about that. Plus, my husband was right there and he said he never saw any other females walk towards the bathrooms. Thanks to you Cefco employee being so rude, disrespectful, combative, and making up false and wild accusations against my husband, we will b NEVER buy gas or any other items from ANY Cefco EVER AGAIN!! I submitted a complaint online and I hope that Cefco shows this employee that her negative actions have serious consequences and that she actually gets reprimanded in some way. Truthfully, she should be terminated for the way she treated us but I’m sure Cefco will just sweep this under the rug!! I’m disgusted about what happened and shocked!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Me and my mother didn’t buy here but they have the most caring and kindest night staff ever. i don’t know what i would’ve done without them. i explained to them how my mom turned hard on the mcdonald’s light making her mccoffee spill in her car and they understood the assignment and immediately went and got me a bucket and a cloth to clean the door of my moms car with. i explained i didn’t want it to go into the speaker and they said that it was fine and they helped me out a lot. wish i could give it a 100/10 because 10/10 is js to low. God bless their beautiful souls. Great Customer Service As Well! Thank you Night Staff!

I used to take a alternate route to work just to come to this gas station and get their chicken wings at least three times a week out of a 5-day schedule. The last two times that I have come the wings have been soft and gummy. Today they cook them twice and they were still going and when I asked for my refund because I wasn't going to eat it the man had a horrible attitude. He also down one of his fellow employees saying that she overcooked the wings and they don't make them like that anymore. It's been a very long time since a grown man has rolled their eyes at me. Then he had the nerve to smack his lips when I asked him for the receipt. Definitely changing my route to work. So disappointed in the product and customer service now. Talk about a 180.

Im in line. This Mexican guy is buying a hotdog inside of a cup of noodle soup but the soup didn’t have the plastic and paper attached to it. It was cooked. So she asked him for the barcode but he didn’t understand. She was extremely rude. She went from behind the counter towards the area where the soup was, making remarks as she walked over there about how he doesn’t speak any English and other stuff I couldn’t really hear. She grabs the soup, rips the plastic open to get the barcode then drops and kicks the soup across the floor, towards the counter. Disgusting work discipline.
