I called and asked what time they open beings It’s Christmas guy says 11 I get there he opens the door says oh it’s 1130 now! Say what then another lady was there and they just laughed at her bc he said something and she couldn’t hear him! I didn’t even know this store existed… I see why now…..

I typically don’t do these but felt like this could be a humbling life lesson not to get anyone in trouble. The $400 I intended to spend here I spent next door at this cute boutique Brianna something and here’s why If The two young ladies working this morning are who you guys have for representation of the store (9/21) you guys should be really worried about sales especially in this era of fast fashion I attempted to ask about a set displayed on the mannequin in the window I couldn’t find in the store. while I was trying to explain they BOTH rudely kept obnoxiously over talking me stating they didn’t know what I was looking for before I could fully get it out. me being a solution type person BOTH mannequins had the same pants so I figured she could grab one of them off the mannequin on display since she “had no idea which one I was talking about” and had no intentions on coming from behind the counter to assist lol they both insisted it was store policy and they couldn’t do it. I definitely have had stores and Charlotte Russe accommodate that before but regardless if not the point of a store is to make a sell. If you no longer have said item on the floor and you also aren’t willing to sell it, isn’t that false advertising?

Every time I come in here with my daughter I have the worst experience. The place is dirty and the staff is the worst! Today the lady handed me the bag in a rude way. The workers there have an attitude every time I've been in here. The line goes so slow. Even when there is a long line no one will open another register, instead they will just stand around or walk around.

Both managers were ON THE FLOOR having a conversation about the messy store. One of them proceeded to walk to the back while the other continued her conversation at a louder volume so she could hear as she walked away. Me and a few other customers nearby heard their snarky remarks about how “wow, our customers leave this store looking SO organized” and “we should hire all of our customers.” Being sarcastic of course. The other customers and I looked at eachother in disbelief about what was being said right in front of us. We weren’t even the ones looking at the table, and even if we were, how inappropriate to say Infront of customers. I was shocked when the cashier told me those two were the managers after I asked to speak to one. Terrible service. I have worked retail for 5 years. Shame on you and grow up.

I was so happy when I found out the store was re opening but after going in multiple times I was disappointed. None of the staff have ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I’ve been in both busy and slow days and staff is never helpful.
