Perfect place. Very clean. The people were amazing nice. They offered me a drink when I can and reclined my seat as I waited. My toenails are difficult but they were not worried and went strait to task. Very professional, very nice.

Came in at 7:24 ask for pedicures told me they close but says they close at 8
In shop and online . Then he proceeded to say there booked only one person in the chair currently , and then the lady shaved a chunk of the front of my eyebrow off they where not remorsefull no money back no service nothing . This will be getting called in

Best nail shop in Killeen. Amazing at their craft very professional, well kept, and lovely atmosphere. They take their time with you so make sure you’ve got time when you go.

Tina gets lash right will always go there for lashes
Requested style: Tom and Tina are very good lashes tech i do recommend them just make sure you check lashes before you leave

The service here is terrible. Ive been here for an hour and haven't been addressed ONCE. They have only been talking to my friend. They asked her if she wanted something to drink. They handed her the menu to ask what pedicure she wanted then took it and put it back, until i asked for it. After asking for it they still never asked what i wanted, i still have the menu. They started her pedicure. They have talked to every single person that has come in EXCEPT ME. Not sure what the issue is but all this to say i don't recommend this place at all. I wish i could give zero stars honestly.

I’ve been coming here since moving to Texas almost 4 years ago & I love them!! Always friendly and respectfully professional. Never really had a problem with them. They know what I want when I come in.

Been going here since i moved to TX in 2020, they started off good (Tina & Judy) well Tina is very rude, moth smart as HELL! told her my nails were uneven she replied “take file fix you self me don’t see it” I said “excuse me , but I’m not going to pay you & do my nails” she got mad & was buffing my nails hard, Tina is also at the point where she’s getting money hungry she argued me down that my short nails were looking my but before i told her what I wanted she asked me the length i said medium short she said ok & cut my nails well when i said I’d take pink & white she said $60 bc nails are long mind you she already had cut them before she knew I wanted pink & white !! I’m disappointed in them !!! Also Judy was very good but she moved to Dallas if I could do my own nails believe me I definitely would bc their customer service is a 0!!! Tom can be rude sometimes as well ….Services: Acrylic nails
