Subaru's reputation for reliability is clearly no longer deserved, I should've gotten a Toyota. Bought a brand new 2022 Outback last year (ordered it from the website!) as an investment for my wife and 2 kids. Barely a year and a half later I can't trust it to get me anywhere! Car will turn itself off at a stoplight and refuse to turn back on. Took it to this dealership and they promised me everything was fine and "normal" and it was because I probably left something plugged in, refused to swap the battery out even though it was under warranty. Well, now it's so gotten so bad that even after unplugging everything and leaving my car running for an hour after I park just to make sure the battery is charged, the thing STILL won't turn over. Left me stranded in a parking lot with my 2 kids asking strangers for the mercy of a jump! Three times now! Either that or wait hours for roadside to finally get to me. People couldn't believe that I was asking for help with such a new car. Who could blame them! Huge buyer's remorse, I can't believe it! Subaru owes me big time if they want this review gone. GET A TOYOTA INSTEAD!

Pretty unethical business practices…I had a verbal (over the phone) agreement with a sales rep to buy one of their vehicles, and an appointment scheduled in 2 hours to sign the contract. I was notified minutes before the meeting that someone came in during that 2 hour window and purchased the vehicle out from under me.“First Come, First Serve” I was told.I know it wasn’t a legal agreement, but it was certainly a breach of trust, and unethical. And if it was so easy for them to behave unethically in this situation, think of the other unethical ways in which they may conduct their business. Just my two cents.FOLLOW UP (11/10/23): I called the dealership (as requested in their below response) to my original feedback, and surprisingly no one could tell me who posted Cleo Bay’s response. I left a message, and no one has called me back. Another example of disingenuous communication.

Met with Paul about a 2022 Chevy Silverado. Paul listened to what we wanted and he made it happen!! We then met with Shawn in finance and he was amazing. Paul and Shawn are both professionals. They also stayed late to complete the purchase of the vehicle. I will highly recommend Cleo Bay Subaru to family and friends

This place is amazing. I had found the car I wanted, and I called and spoke to Lupe. Since I was about 45 minutes away, he went out and took some videos of the car and sent them to me. We spoke off and on all afternoon and he gave me all the information I needed. He actually was able to lower the price a little to fit my budget, which was just very nice. By the time my wife and I got to the dealership, the car was out and running. We drove it, and knew we wanted it. By the time we got there, and walked out with keys in hand it was 90 minutes. If you have ever purchased a car, you know that is incredible time. We had a check from our credit union, and they had all the paper work. We discussed a warranty, which I was already sold on through my credit union, and these guys beat it by $700, and gave me six years, instead of five. All around, just a great experience. Call Lupe for all your needs, he will listen to you and give you what you want. Thank you Lupe, this was my wife's first experience buying a car and you made it a great one.

Came here and purchased an Outback with Lupe Cerecerez and had a great experience! We had to custom order one due to not having what we were looking for and it came in sooner than expected. Lupe was great from the beginning to the end. Even the guy that did all the paperwork was so nice. Was not a stressful situation! I would have given 5 stars, but I think the trade in guy cheated me out from what he first quoted me. But overall, great place, great people!

I have to say guys, I've bought many cars in my life, and this has been the best experience I've had by far. Thomas, our sales advisor, was awesome. He treated us like family, and made sure we were able to get exactly the car we needed. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't want or didn't need, and he communicated with us consistently about updates with our car coming in. I can't tell you how much I respect that about a sales person. I wish more people would aspire to reach that level of professionalism. Thanks again guys. My wife loves her new car. I would definitely buy from ya'll again

The service department at Cleo Bay Subaru are definitely the finest I've ever experienced. Easy to book, quick turnaround, and very communicative each time! I used to dread taking my vehicles to get services but I'm glad as far as my Subaru is concerned, it's one less stressor. Thank you Cleo Bay!

My entire experience here at Cleo Bay Subaru was phenomenal. I felt heard and taken care of from the very first phone call with Michael. He referred me to Mark, who was very kind and patient with me. I was a nervous mess asking every question I could think of, and his response was always positive and helpful. I even enjoyed my time with Shawn from the financing department. I did not expect this, because numbers always stress me out, but he explained everything to me and even answered questions I didn't realize to ask. The whole team is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. I greatly appreciate everyone I met throughout this process. Joshua Estrada was my salesman. Everything went easy and smooth. Just a regular person selling you a car, no high pressure salesman giving you a fake smile. He got me the WRX I was after quicker than expected and had me setup ready to go. Heck he even stayed until 2100 the day I received the car to make sure I had it.
