Not a safe place for toddlers that run. After 4 days we pulled the child out because of the excessive bruising on her forehead. Customer service doesn't exist. It is their way or the highway. We chose the highway. She is holding the child's clothing and pull-ups and wants a two week notice.

2300 Clear Creek Rd # 301, Killeen, TX 76549 creative learning academy at this address. Granddaughter lasted 4 days she had gotten injured twice and both times it was her forehead. I tried to speak with them and the lady said. "Listen and told me she saw her running around and tripping." Well I wanted to tell her she runs at home and does not run into things and she is smart enough to catch herself when she falls. But the lady did not want to hear what I wanted to say it was not important to her. She even said she was going to hang up. Daughter went to get her clothes and the lady wanted something about two weeks in writing to get stuff back. Well this place is not safe and I am not sure what is going on there.

First off i’v worked in a daycare, they have more kids than staff that can handle that many children. Whenever I pick up my nieces and nephews their diapers are wet like they haven’t been changed the for awhile, they come home with marks on there bodies and they do not inform us at all if any incidents have happened to get those marks. We don’t let them wear socks anymore bc they NEVER come home with THEIR OWN socks. I admit that the staff is somewhat friendly but they hire just about anyone. Only thing I like is that they do school pictures and they post photos of the kids doing activities on the wall in the front.

My children went to this daycare for a little over a year. We had a couple hiccups along the way, but for the most part no major issues. During the first year i paid a little over 1100 a month due to the fact that i had twin toddlers in their program. Well i found it VERY ODD that the VERY MONTH i got on the CCS program my children became public enemy number 1 and could no longer be "controlled." Don't get me wrong i understand my children aren't perfect angels, and how could they be with the revolving door of teachers coming in and out of that place. In that year and half one of my daughters had FOUR different teachers for her class. It seems to me that my children were worth the trouble when i was paying over a 1000 a month. The very month i started paying a lower rate my children were no longer welcome.

My child came home with a huge bruise on her face. She had a black eye and the bruise went all the way down to her lip. When I asked the director about it she told me my child must have came in that way. I asked to look at the cameras and was denied. After talking with the police (who didn’t even write a report) I went back to the director and demanded to see the video footage from that day. After being screamed at and accused of bringing my child in with the bruise, I was then told to take my child out of the daycare by the director. After almost a week of trying to see the video footage I was finally able to see it. Come to find out my child fell at recess and it wasn’t reported. All of this could have been prevented if the director did not act the way she did. Instead of handling the situation in a professional matter she chose to yell and blame me and everyone else.

Creative Child continues to be a noise disturbance to the neighborhood. The workers yell, talk, and even sing on the loud speaker that goes off outside when no workers or children are present. The speaker can be heard ad early as 6 in the morning and currently right now at 6:20pm. It's 2019, intercom systems exist that can be used internally at businesses. We've tried contacting Creative Child and recieved rude responses. We've also reported them to Killeen PD. Please consider giving your business elsewhere as they have no regard for families in the area.

Great childcare for my family. All three of my children have attended and I love it.
