Currently sitting on hold 30 min, after previously calling and the lady hung up on me cause I asked to speak to someone who knew about my medicine, now that’s not unreasonable. I thought this was a pharmacy. She keeps picking up the phone refusing to give me her name because she knows she was wrong. chinyere is her name, finally I got it from someone else. Worst customer service ever. Will be changing pharmacies!

2502 Trimmier Rd, Killeen, TX 76549: If I could give this location a ZERO rating, I would. If you are a military veteran who qualifies under The Mission Act, this is not the place that honours the mission. If this place is receiving any funds from this organisation, they should be IMMEDIATELY REVOKED! It took two days to get the last automated call from CVS Pharmacy that two medications are ready for pick up. But that wasn't the bad part. Try driving to the pharmacy to pick up your meds, only to be told one is out of stock, and that's the one you need THE MOST! But wait! It gets WORSE! You let the pharmacy counter personnel know that you got the call from the CVS Pharmacy automated system stating your prescriptions are ready and they justify it with, "We have nothing to do with that." Now, you find yourself in a mentally manipulated situation where you have to prove yourself that you were in fact called to pick up both medications. It gets even WORSE! The pharmacy tells you that you have to drive to a different town to get your medication if you want it. Like, WTF?!!! Really? So, if I had decided not to drive to another town, I'd now be going on 3 - 5 days for their next shipment to come in? And they get upset with you and give you attitude for being legitimately upset at this Mickey Mouse Bullsh!t you're being told!?!? I demanded they go pick it up! They refused. I found myself having to take on a leadership role to give myself the customer service this location failed to give me. I had them look up another location that has this prescription, because I had driven 5 miles (one-way) to get to the location that was supposed to have my prescriptions and didn't. The pharmacy manager found a location much closer (next parking lot over at a non-CVS pharmacy). The HEB Pharmacy fulfilled my prescription that CVS failed to, since their automated system falsely gave me the wrong information.

Worst pharmacy of my life. Pharmacists won't even pick up the phone . Scripts are never ready on time. Thier website doesn't even connect to my current script. What a waste.horrible horrible experience.

My husband, son, and I went to CVS yesterday for multiple vaccines. There were some complications with insurance plans, but they took care of everything for us. The entire staff of the pharmacy department was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Very pleased with the entire experience.

This CVS is Pitiful...The drive through line for the pharmacy takes forever. Someone could die while waiting in line to pick up their medicine.

The pharmacy sells rapid COVID-19 tests for over 60 dlls which you have to administer yourself, they charge this amount to read your results. Why have this useless service? If I wanted to have my young daughter try doing it on her own incorrectly for the third time I would have payed Walmart 14 dollars for their self testing kits. What a rip off, non helpful staff. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would.

Worst of the worst. I have never had a good experience at a CVS and this one is the worst I have ever been to. The incompetence is incredible. Never ready when they say. Even DAYS after it's supposed to be ready.

This place is incredibly slow. I pick up regular supplies for my kids and its never a quick stop. I have learned to plan an hour time block for the wait here to reduce the stress... and if I happen to get through the line AND get everything I need in under 30minutes, its a real win. All in all terrible location.

Worst experience picking up prescriptions while sick I have ever had. Urgent care sent over at noon, checked with pharmacy by 3 and no results in the system. Returned to the location at 5pm for exact same result. After calling UC twice to reach out to CVS for assistance, ten minutes later were told the prescriptions were ready. Upon pick up pharmacy staff was unapologetic and acknowledged there was nothing they could do and it was my problem...go somewhere else!!

Chi, Keisha, and Elsie saved my life. My brother is on Medicaid/Medicare and because the government is stupid, they won't allow shipping on the medications anymore. I live 11 hours away from my brother and he is homebound. Keisha, Chi, and Elsie worked SO DANG HARD for days to help me figure out how to get my brother's ANTIPSYCHOTIC meds to him. They were able to come up with a game plan and left me feeling relieved and at peace. Please please please recognize these workers in some kind of way. They need to be training everyone on how to go the extra mile for customers because they went above and beyond and a marathon more.

Pharmacists always have horrible attitudes and rude. Nothing worse than waiting 30 on hold to receive such ugliness. Customer service is vital in business. Please correct this issue if you continue to work in service. You are there to serve the people.
