I would give 0 stars but I can't! These people had my elderly mom prescription sent to them from her Dr office and after a WEEK and me doing multiple trips to the store asking for the prescription, they informed me their fax was broken and they never received it. I was only informed because I called the Dr office and it was them who told me about the fax issue, I then went and confronted them and they had no other choice but to confirm it was true. How this people can be so irresponsible and unprofessional?? Playing with peoples life, as my mom has several conditions and needed those meds ASAP! As a customer I have the right to know about any possible delay in any meds requested and is my choice if I decided to take the prescription to another pharmacy, but no, they then deliberately withheld the broken fax information and made me wait over a week! I highly recommend you visit another pharmacy.

I was not satisfied with my service today at CVS on Stan Schlueter in Texas. I was unsure about how to put cash in my Capital One account. Instead of offering me help, I was just told that they didn't know anything about how that worked. Richard on Stan Schlueter, the cashier, said to me that we don't need to know how to work it. If your company is offering a service to someone, they should be trained on how that service operates. He was very unprofessional and condescending toward me. I have never felt so disrespected. I have choices. There are other places, like Walgreens, that offer the same service. I am definitely going there from now on.

Horrible service from myra. As soon as I'm walking to the register she walks off and the other employee walks out the door to take trash instead of helping me. I then check myself out and when she comes back up front I ask for2 bags for my item. She then bags it on a small nag which barely fit and refused to give me bigger bags.

For 8 years I was a client of Walmart pharmacy. I never had any complaints or problems with their services. For reasons of my medical plan I have been forced to change to CVS which from the beginning the service leaves something to be desired. My doctor sends my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I have to guess when they are ready because they don't notify me, I already complained in person and supposedly they had resolved everything. But it seems that giving a good service is something difficult for them. Without saying that I have to guess how much I'm going to pay, when at Walmart they sent me ready and the price of the medicines.

That girl Stephanie was not very helpful. She gave us excuses to not look up goodrx- she didn't have time- they don't do thatAnd for me to look it upAlso, she messed up my mom's name. We gave her 3 prescriptions with my moms name on it and for some reason she managed to mess up her name.Thanks to the other girl that had no problem looking up goodrx and corrected my moms name

Mira has a terrible attitude. I’m notsure how she has the job. Definitely will not be coming back. Terrible service. CVS needs to revalue the people they allow to work for them.

Never answers the phone have a question about medication that i picked up from the pharmacy can’t get anyone to answer the phone there is no voicemail!! I have been on hold for over 20 mins!!!!

If I could go lower, I would. The frustration with the pharmacy there is beyond words. I went around 9 am hoping to not have a long line. It was only one car in front of me and it still took 10 minutes to get to the window. I have been trying to get to fill a script now for over a month!!!! They still can’t seem to work out their system to get insurance to go through. I had to call the doctor multiple times and they always verified that they had sent it and got the authorization from insurance. Then I would go to the dang pharmacy where they would lie to my face every dang time and I could still not get the script. Today was no different. The girl there claimed that the script was good to fill come back in 30 minutes. I did that, and even gave them an extra 30 minutes. I then wait behind 5 cars and the car at the window literally took 45 minutes. I finally get up there and they still had not worked out the insurance apparently!!!! I could STILL not get the script. Then when I get completely frustrated, the pharmacist comes to the window and HE trying to handle me lies to me!!!! He claims that it’s the insurance company that just doesn’t want to pay…. Complete lie! The insurance company approved it days ago! I finally pull to the front of the store and call the insurance company. Then I am on hold with them another 45 minutes. The insurance company looks at the account and says it was good to go on their end but that CVS told them that they were updating the system and it was not updated yet, and could take another 5 days! Just what the fork CVS??!? I believe the insurance because I received a message from them over a week ago it was approved! Meanwhile I can’t eat or sleep without the meds! And if I transfer the script at this point I have to go back to square one. This will be the last script I fill at this terrible pharmacy!!!!

JUST SO YALL KNOW... They are *allegedly* updating their system. Information we only found out AFTER our insurance called them directly. The pharmacist lied to us about the actual issue before this.This problem has been going on for at least 2 weeks.I already transferred mine to the HEB because the prices here at CVS were so outrageous. But my mom has been having issues getting her meds even filled dfor weeks.

I visit here often as you can find some great clearance items. I love that there is sanitizer at the entrance, and lately, a container of free masks. This is where I go get my shots such as flu and Covid. The staff at this location is helpful. A lot of the everyday prices though, are higher than say Walmart.
