Alot of stuff, sometimes I see an item marked a certain price on the shelf but its higher at the register. Most of the time when they are busy only one register is open. Making the experience not as convenient.

Just witnessed an employee speak to a senior citizen with such rudeness because he tracked mud in the store. She was extremely rude, saying to him are you tracking mud in my store, you have mud all over your shoes . As he proceeds to clean them off on the rug she tells him he doesn’t have to do it because he already tracked mud in the store ! I told her she didn't have to speak to him that way , all she had to say was he’s tracking mud on the floor . SMH!

Every time you go in to buy a gift card they say they can’t sell it bc a manager isn’t there. The dumbest thing ever. TAKE THEM OUT THE STORE THEN. Very frustrating.

Love how it's Organized and has more products than other dollar generals but I did notice the same items here are higher priced than the other dollar generals

Is this the store managed by that lady that worked at Texas Thrift Store years ago and got let go because of theft allegedly. The older lady is really nice and helpful in that store and some of the other employees not too friendly or helpful.

This store need more knowledgeable employees. Why provide receipt on the app if you can’t do an exchange with it? I would rate a 0 if I could.

This crew is a major improvement from the crew they had 9 months ago. Nothing sitting in your way blocking the aisles and best of all none of the employees have a horrible attitude toward the customers. I definitely enjoy shopping at this one.

I was blatantly told at 17 minutes before 10 o'clock that they were gonna close in 5 minutes. When the 5 minutes became the remaining 3 minutes she yelled through the store 3 minutes. As soon as we exit she slammed them doors shut and locked them it was then 951pm I was under the impression these locations didn't close until 10 PM this evenings staff was just mad rude. we overlooked at the fact that the shelves are not stocked We should have possibly been stocking those 17 minutes that we had before the doors were closed. It doesn't take 2 sales associates to count down the last 20 minutes of store closing. I'm disappointed and my child asked what her problem was when we got to the car in my opinion this is a bad experience for families To have to explain that she was just simply ready to go home and and not make however much she makes an hour to deal with customers until 10 PM.

So I went in tonight to grab a few necessities. At the checkout, the lady asked me if I found everything OK and I said no I didn’t can I please grab some coffee because I noticed the isles were blocked off as seen below. And she went to go look at the aisle and told me well they are restocking stuff right now and you can’t go down there. She went to go to the ladies Who were supposed to be working on this stuff and ask what she should do. She came back and said I cannot let you down the aisle because they are stocking stuff. I asked where are they because they’re clearly not here doing anything and if I could just go grab one thing that I needed. She went in the aisle for me but couldn’t figure out what I needed. So I asked real quick if I can just go in and grab again and she went and got permission from the women who were suppose to be doing this restock (they were in the office). She let me in and closely watched me while I grabbed what I needed and then another Woman came in and asked if she can go down the aisle and the women who were supposed to be doing this task came out and huffed as if it was an inconvenience?! Here’s some advice, it’s all cool for you to be restocking stuff but why can’t it wait until after you guys close? Or have people come in before the facility opens And start stocking. It was blatantly rude how “inconvenienced” these workers when this task should’ve obviously waited until the store was closed… not while there’s people inside needing to go down this aisle. The store just opened and It was all going good but as usual it’s going downhill like all the other dollar generals usually do
