“Very professional and knowledgeable was fixed very fast and if they don't know they will say as much. Took only a week because of 4th of july. They did a great job and communicated. Was very honest with pricing. This is my second time using them and I definitely recommend”

“Josh, I truly appreciate everything you did throughout the entire process of getting my phone fixed. Your communication was excellent from start to finish, and you went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The fear of possibly having to go without a phone for several days was very stressful, but you immediately put my mind at ease. You got me in quickly, fixed the issue, and had me back up and running in no time. Your professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and for making what could have been a very stressful situation smooth and manageable. Your kindness, support, and dedication did not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate you! ❤ Latrisha”

“Honestly, my melanin brother that was at the front coolest guy hilarious too that man should get a raise for great customer service. He was pretty upfront good warranty for my phone screen and honestly quality work. I’ve had to replace at a previous place in Killeen and it was not it screen stopped working and they wouldn’t warranty it out But came here they have a six month warranty. I will say I am a bit clumsy. I’ve already dropped my phone screen down on asphalt several times screen still working all to figure out the guys name, but he deserves a Raise.”
